Ordered a shirt which I never received. Emailed them multiple times with no response.

Avoid as seems to be a scam

Firstly, I ordered a pink Juventus 15/16 shirt for £69.99 which before it came I declared that I did not want anymore. The kits are badly fake and once I received the order (which took an entire month) it came with the wrong patch as I ordered the copa italia patch but I received the Scudetto, and also stitching around the neck was poor and loose. I contacted them immediately asking for a refund and politely asking them to help me in the return process. I was met with unnecessary bluntness and a lack of empathy, they simply told me they will not accept a return or refund and that “I received my order and everything is good”. I am currently working on opening up a small claims court case with them if they will not work with me to resolve the many issues on their end. Please do not be fooled, it’s as they say, if something is too good to be true it most likely is. Stay away from this company they are professional scam artists, they take your money and once you’ve paid there is no care in the world or support provided. They do not listen to customer concerns. I tried calling after they stopped responding to my emails and they blocked my number and hung up the second I said I want my money back. Please please please just avoid this company, you will regret it. Thanks for reading this note and I hope whoever you are, have a great day.

Edit: this company is such a joke… how can I ,as a paying customer, scam you? You people are more of a joke than I even thought. Keep my number blocked, keep selling counterfeit illegal items and spending your sad life scamming customers.

I ordered a retro Lazio kit from 1991/1992 with lettering on the back, (NESTA, 13) and it cost £50.99. Worth every penny, there was a minor problem (which I'll get to) The general look and aesthetic of the shirt is pristine. Looks exactly like the shirts worn in the early 90's. The lettering on the back is exactly how I wanted it. Material feels superb as well. Now the minor problem I mentioned was the miniscule lettering on the front, labelled, "BANCO" had been slightly peeled off. I took a picture and emailed customer support. Less than 24 hours pass and they reply. Apologizing and promising a second shirt free of cost, basically means I get 2 for the price of 1. Apparently, it was a shipping issue and it was in solid condition before shipping, so, should be a rare occurrence. Likely a minor shipping issue and not one to blame on BeastKits.
