I've tried to contact Beatfy to solve a mystery as to why I've received 4 storage cases for 2 speakers? Very disappointed with their customer service, as yet I'm still waiting for a reply.

I'm also very reluctant to hand these speakers over as Xmas gifts after reading the reviews on here. I should have read trustpilot first rather than rely on Google reviews.

I wonder if I will get a response to this review before next christmas???

The whole reason for getting these speakers was to pair them together as per their advertising hype. This has proven to be impossible on all the devices I own. The 'manual' needs some text to support the completely inadequate graphic. An extensive search online simply leads back to videos of 'unboxing' etc and NOTHING to tell you how to pair these units together. Very poor. I'm sending these back unless the support department contact me directly within 48hours.

Beatfy 360 Bluetooth speakers… hideously overpriced, even at the so called knock down bargain price. The review I read was utterly incorrect. These speakers do not give high quality sound. They give low volume, poor quality sound. Do yourself a favour and check out the Bluetooth speakers on Amazon. Avoid Beatfy like the plague!

I can't believe I fell for this rubbish. Plugged it in...had a listen and threw it straight into the bin.
Terrible sound quality and no bass at all.

I purchased 2 speakers to replace my existing speaker due to claims about being best on the market etc. All hype for a start the speakers refuse to connect to not one but 2 rurntables. The only thing I can connect too is my phone. I have contacted the company who's reply is follow the terrible instructions which I have done till blue in the faceto no success, buyers beware very expensive mistake £20 existing speakers blow them away together with a poor response from the company which by the way are not the easiest to get a reply from.
Buy at your peril!

Do not fall for this company's claims regarding the beatfy 360s amazing sound quality and it's other claim that it is currently the best Bluetooth speaker on the market.
All the hype is just that,hype and nothing more.
The sound quality is absolutely appalling and any reviews you read telling you it's great I would not believe and I would advise that those people get their ears tested immediately.
The speaker only generates high tones with little mid and bass tones it's truly disappointing to say the least and I for one feel like I've been ripped off .I have an old LG Bluetooth speaker that I payed a lot less for some years ago and it's a thousand times better in every way.
Now I'm having problems returning the product and getting a full refund,I'm finding the returns process deliberately awkward and they seem to be stalling with any replies to emails and I'm guessing this is because they only give you 14 days in which to return the product to receive your refund so I've had to involve paypal to assist in resolving the matter.
Please,please,please think twice before you purchase the beatfy 360 it's a total scam and do not trust any good reviews as you could cobble together a better product yourself using an old baked bean can!!..........YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Unreliable. On off switched failed with in 3 months.

I bought 2 from Beatfy £100 quid
And they are fantastic sounds amazing long range I have one in the garden and one in the garage and only just 60% volume

Instructions a little confusing to link the speakers together. You have to only sync one with your phones bluetooth and then hold the M button down on both speakers for a number of seconds and then they link together and sound amazing.
It would appear that some people have had a bad experience. But I highly recommend these speakers. They are brilliant.

I waited with eagerness for my 2 360s to arrive. The hype on the website bigged this speaker up way, way beyond my expectation. I thought I'd found a secret hidden gem. When they arrived, they were already charged and were easy to connect via Bluetooth. I was keen to try them out on Soul Rebel by Bob Marley. What a disappointment - no bass at all. Tinny and weak as anything. How did these get 4.7 on Trustscore, affiliated with Trustpilot? What were the reviewers comparing them to? I have a large handful of Bluetooth speakers, and these are, by far, the worst.

UPDATE: I sent a complaint to the company. They quickly responded and said keep the speakers and they've refunded me! Couldn't be better! All credit to them for their response. Shame about the over-hyped speakers.

Do not buy from this company. Thier reviews are fake, they will take your money and refuse a refund within the time scale of thier terms and conditions. The speakers are rubbish, tinny and the sound is very poor. Customer service is terrible and it took me three weeks to get my money back. Don't be fooled by any review out there, it's a scam!

What is THIS .... How dare they put this in front of JBL speaker and size on ratings...I've had comparible speakers on TEMU if not better what a piece of stuttering tinny junk

Complete scam! somehow planted their own fake review pages at the top of the google search lists when looking for "best bluetooth speaker" but this is a complete scam very poor quality and completely unknown manufacturer.

Crap. Bluetooth skips, no base, low volume. Cheap chinese rubbish. Thieves.

I ordered & received Beatty 360 last Wednesday, the moment I opened it I realised I had made a very expensive mistake. I went through the proper channels and filled out a returns form, within 12hours I had received a reply giving me my options under their TofB. I opted to send it back at my expense but to my amazement today I received £69 back in my account & a very nice email from them. Their aftercare has been amazing & I thank them for this.

This speaker is garbage, its reviews have to be false. I read several reviews and what they described is not true. I was misled and ordered the Beatfy360. When I received it, I was optimistic, it looks and feels fairly decent quality and is reassuringly heavy. That is where the illusion ends, the sound is absolutely atrocious, it is hollow tinny and practically without any bass !! The reviews are lies. Don't buy , it's absolute trash. A complete waste of money. BE WARNED !

A very generous 2 star. Sound quality is not that great. Bass is almost not existent, even when using a software equaliser. Battery drains fast and I'm experiencing latency on playback when devices are paired. Have requested a return.

Finally there is no app that would allow you to manage your pairing and adjust playback settings. This feels empty.

Very disappointed with this item. Fortunately, I purchased it just to use it for Skype calls to the family in Canada so it's only used for speech. For that, it does the job, but some other reviewers are quite correct, it does sound tinnie. However, the fact that it will only be paired with one device is a major no no. I use three devices for Skype calls so to be restricted to one is not good. I haven't tried it but I'm assuming you can unpair it from one device and pair it with another but that's of no use when the call is incoming.

I have have played some music on it but the quality is nowhere near what the advert would have you believe.

The device arrived without any charging cable or documentation although I have to admit it's relatively easy to work out except for radio mode. What's that all about? All I get when I select it is the noise you get when you're not tuned to a station. How do you tune it? Can you tune it?

In terms of value for money, it is very poor even with a 50% discount. I would be apoplectic if I had paid the full price.

Conclusion? I'll be sending it back for a refund

It did come with instructions and a charging cable. Oops !!

Some reviewers have said how appalling or non-existent the support is. That has been far from my experience. I emailed the vendors on Saturday to request a return and refund. I received an immediate automated reply. I then received an email yesterday morning offering a number of different options. I replied saying that I wanted to return the item and receive a refund. An email arrived arrived this morning saying that my money has been refunded. Itr doesn't get any better than that

Total garbage. I threw it out. The sound was terrible. Bluetooth doesn't work. Do not waste your money.

It finally arrived and works and that's where it ends! Don't fall for the blurb. it's much bigger than I expected, very 'tinny', cannot adjust base level . Only connects to one device at a time which completely defeats the whole point of me getting it. No address to return or complain. If you are in the UK go to Argos and get a Sony.
SHould have come to Trust Pilot first but ...lessons learned the hard way.....

This company is a scam. I stupidly bought before checking out here. I got 2 speakers that sound terrible and can not connect. They are chinese and absolutely terrible. When I googled best portable speaker their review was fab....I though I was on a good review site. Late when I realised the problem I went back to the site, clicked on product that took me to another page with same address as review site....Then I found more review sites. Scammers.
