This company is a total scam, says they are in London but actually China. Dress arrived all crushed in a tiny polythene bag, material was cheap and nothing like advertised, tried sending back but kept offering refunds of 10% and eventually got them to 50%. They claim to have a 30 money back guarantee which is false. Avoid at all costs cheap rubbish wouldn't even put to charity shop!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER I HAVE HAD A LONG EMAIL CONVERSATION TRAIL WITH THEM AND THEY WILL NOT SEND ME THE DETAILS I NEED TO SEND BACK THE RUBBISH THEY SENT ME. THEY KEEP OFFERING A SMALL AMOUNT REFUND TO KEEP THE RUBBISH. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

Do not buy anything from this company,they do not have a refund policy,they fob you off with lies ! , clothes they advertise don’t look anything like the garment don’t waste your money on them . The dress I got is white with bid blue flowers on it is being advertised on unknow website ! Inform Trade & Standards keep to reputable web sites

I would not even give this site 1 star!! Dress arrived yesterday-absolutely dreadful synthetic material, looking nothing like the picture!
Immediately tried to return but getting nowhere! I was asked to take photos of the dress and send but no response!! There is no link to return items!
Do NOT order from them!!!

Complete disgrace of a Company. Items ordered nothing like the picture & return policy basically non-existent . Please don’t waste your money. Giving it to charity would be a much more worthy cause. Will report to Trading Standards for the way they are conning people out of their hard earnt cash!

Arrived today in a tiny black bag like a rag . Had to iron it and knew straight away it’s nothing like the dress I ordered . I know to send it back will be a waist of time . Do not get caught out with this scam company they are a disgrace I’ll put it in the charity shop now.

Please don’t get taken in by the glossy photographs on this website - the clothes look good quality but they’re far from that - no beautiful boxes with tissue paper and branded bags - it’s an absolute scam. The reality of the dress I purchased, badly made, see through fabric, screwed up in a plastic bag all the way from China. No refunds given, terrible customer service - this company is a disgrace. I lost my money, don’t do the same.
