I had been searching for a 2004 Rolex Submariner 16610LN for a long time. The year is very memorable to me and I wanted to commemorate it.
Having spied the watch in the window of Beau Gems I ventured in to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff whom could not have been more considerate. They showed me the watch, we talked, they helped with my many questions, gave me honest answers and the purchase was made.
The wristband needed adjustment and this was done for me the next day with no fuss. All aspects pf the purchase and after care have been first rate.
