It’s not only the practitioner who was doing a amazing service but all your staff are very polite and professional and the building is clean and tidy and the timing of booking is 100% on time

I have been going to Beautology for about a year and a half now for Laser Hair Removal as the first step in my gender dysphoria journey.

I can very happily say, I have always been treated with respect and dignity, and made to feel very welcome by everyone.

My 80 min sessions with Chantelle are always fun, we chat, have a laugh and catch up on what's going on in life. And on top of that she tweaked my regime to get quicker results. She's wonderful, and a credit to the company.

With gender dysphoria it's sometimes hard to see the wood for the trees, in terms of your progress. But honestly if you're patient and keep realistic goals in mind, whatever it is you're tackling. It really is an amazing service this company offers and I can't recommend them enough!

Reception was really friendly and the waiting area is lovely although I didn’t wait long. I had my treatment with Paulina; she made me feel really comfortable and explained everything in detail before we decided to go ahead. I would really recommend.

My experience with Beautology has been amazing. I’ve had three sessions with them and working with Andreea has been brilliant as she is really professional, friendly and recommended me with treatments and products that are working on my skin! Would recommend anyone struggling to find a good skincare clinic to reach out to them! :)

Good with good explanations about what they are doing but it's disappointing that there's no hand or shoulder massage whilst you are led there with a mask on or under the led light. For the price, there should be this element to enhance the experience and it's frustrating to be just led there waiting for the mask/light to finish. I've never had this anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Beautology for several years now due to acne (which I no longer have!) and the results and lovely team keep me coming back! I had a Microneedling procedure with aesthetician Honey at the Emerson’s green clinic and she was amazing throughout. Highly recommend

Therapist Zahne always gives me a detailed analysis what products to use and how to use but doesn’t be pushy about this.

I had another fabulous facial today with Ghazala. We have been on a skincare journey together and I am so pleased with the results. Her knowledge is vast and she always comes up with a new treatment or products that improve my skin and keep it glowing. It’s never boring. It’s always relaxing. And I can see the results. I will not be giving up my monthly facials anytime soon! It’s called Mytime for a reason. Thank you to the whole team.

Do not use this company they keep taking payments after you have requested to cancel and refuse to give you a refund
Thanks for your reply as you know fully well we came in to cancel six months ago and your staff member filled out the cancelation form unknown to us they paused but conveniently forgot to tell us that part instead of the requested cancelation and another months payment was taken in feb which you have refused to refund even though it was your mistake so as i said earlier do not use this company they will take money and not refund

I’ve been going to Beautology for their monthly 60-minute facial package for the past 4 months and I absolutely love it. The results have been incredible — my skin has improved so much and feels healthier and more radiant then ever. The staff are always so lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Making the whole experience is comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. It’s something I genuinely look forward to every month. Highly recommend! Also laser on site so can double up your appointments and 2 in 1!
