Good communication

I genuinely dislike giving less than positive feedback but hopefully this will be taken as kindly and constructively as it's meant to be. However, this was my first experience ordering/shopping from Beauty Kick so I'm a new customer. The nail polish (Mavala) arrived with a dirty bottle and scuffed labels scratched away from the glass. Saying that, the bottle was also a completely different shape to the one advertised as was the colour completely different to that shown/advertised. So, I was rather disappointed. I wrote to you previously regarding this but I received no response. I hope this message reaches your 'unhappy customer' department on this occasion.

Great products, fab customer service!
I had a great experience with Beauty Kick - one of the best prices out there for my usual shampoo & conditioner.
Also, I accidentally had my order delivered to an old address and I was very lucky that the person who received it got in touch with Beauty Kick and between them, they were able to return and redeliver the order to my correct address.
I really didn't expect to be able to get it back at all, so I was very grateful to the lovely person who helped and the lovely Beauty Kick team for all their help! Brilliant customer service.
I would definitely buy from them again! :-)

Didn’t even receive my order, never game “next day” like they claimed it would and I ordered it for my holiday in a few days time, it got sent back to the sender for no reason delivery never even got attempted
