Great customer service
All good. Although they run out of stock, they have apologised, refunded me and send me complimentary present. Thank you. Great customer service. Sometimes things go wrong but what matters is how you fix the problem and ensure customer is not left disappointed

If you had a zero rating I would have given it. I ordered £49.20 of shampoos on 20th February 2026. Order acknowledged but nothing arrived and money has been taken from credit card. I emailed on Friday 27th February to which I had a reply saying it would be looked into, heard nothing since even though I sent another email on 2nd March.

Overall bad experience
I try to contact Customer Service to resolve the issue with delivery address just a minute after placed an order. Noone answer my phones. I've try to WhattsApp provided on the website but no luck as well. I've send few emails as well but finally next day someone reply and but didn't resolved the problem.Very poor Customer Service. Avoid this company.
