Wrong order
I have been sent vitamins but the amount is incorrect, after quite a few emails, I am yet to receive the correct amount I paid for.
Their customer service could be better.

Beauty kick is the worst online company…
Beauty kick is the worst online company that I have ever used.I ordered various shampoos. And they sent the wrong product. After 9 emails to them and returning the item they kept me waiting 15 days before sending the replacement. Again they returned the wrong product to me and now the correct product is out of stock.
Dreadful Service Avoid if possible.

Received my order which was poorly…
Received my order which was poorly packaged and needless to say 2 of the products had leaked everywhere and the lid on another product had cracked. This was a gift so couldn’t give it in the condition it arrived so it was all sent back.

Non existent customer service!
I purchased a battery shaver for my husband for Christmas, but after a few days of use it was extremely hard to turn on and off. I sent the razor back two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. I have a postal tracker to say it was received by them. I have tried calling but their voicemail is full, I have tried emailing and had nothing back.
