Great products at a great price

I would not buy from these people ever again! No update on order unless I emailed myself. The phone number does not even work! Still not received my item even though on the website it says 2-5 working days

Placed order 3 weeks later never received POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Placed an order in December and we r now in January 3 weeks and still no order has arrived sent many emails to the company and also tried to ring them many of times I have left WhatsApp messages too which also haven’t been answered!!!. Poor customer service!!!!!!
I’d really like a refund but don’t know when I’ll get that going by the lack of customer service from them!!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Ordered Friday at 9:29am and paid for next day delivery.
The item never arrived so I emailed and was told “unfortunately the next day deliveries do generally exclude weekends ad mentioned on our website as the express delivery is a 1-2 working day”.
If what they’re referencing as express is next day(?), does that mean next day isn’t actually next day? I can’t find any reference to next day being express delivery, or a lack of deliveries of a weekend. With standard delivery stating “Mon-Sat 7am-8pm (ex Bank Hols) Fully Tracked” and next day delivery stating “Order before 3pm Mon-Friday and recieve your order next day.”, then I thought it would be safe to interpret as order before 3pm on the Friday and receive on Sat. Instead, I had an unhappy birthday girl, who is still yet to receive her present.
I did respond, and received another response that made no attempt to clarify anything. So who knows a what the right expectations are/should have been, or when the present will arrive.
