Ordered two concealers but only one…

Ordered two concealers but only one came with a note inside saying they hadn’t sent the other as damaged. Had to request a refund! These were part of a gift, what they should have done is email/messaged me to say only sending one, was that ok and then refund me for one if it was. Not wait until I requested a refund, not very professional. The only good part is they still gave me my discount for only receiving one. Better communication needed from them!

Good service but rubbish product

The delivery and response from the company was great however the product sold was absolutely rubbish, not sure if it is a rubbish product from Maybelline or if it was faulty as first time using.
