Очень хорошое описание товара

Очень хорошое описание товара, если удастся найти нужный. К сожалению, поиск по товарам работает плохо, точнее не работает. Доставка было осуществлена не быстро, но и не затянули на долго. Моя оценка твердая 4.

Very responsive

Very responsive, great customer services. They didn't have the product that I wanted, but offered one that was more expensive at the same price. I recommend it!

Missing products, some mishap with communication. Eventual solid resolution via email

I ordered two items, was sent only one. I called the shop to confirm that I had ordered (and paid for) two items. The conversationist was rather short with me and we resolved it by me having to write an email next.

Overall an “experience”. Human error happens, but I was rather thrown back by the phone communication. Everything eventually resolved, thank you for the efforts.

We received an email from you on Thu evening and on the next day we found that indeed, only 1 pcs (instead of 2) was sent because an item ran out of stock.
We have sent you an email on this matter, as it now appears just a few minutes after receiving this feedback.

We see it as a communication problem from our side. Thank you for bringing this up!
We will review our way of communication, so that in future customers do not feel like they where left alone with the problem.
