The member of staff who helped me was polite and courteous, she knew about the piece of jewellery I was inquiring about and is a credit to your store. I was looking for something with a ruby as a gift for my wife for our upcoming 40th wedding anniversary and was shown some very exquisite pieces.

All round enjoyable experience
Welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff who made the whole buying experience enjoyable and less daunting from my first visit, until completion of my purchase. Charlotte was particularly helpful, providing me with a unique point of contact for most of my interactions, although her colleagues were also helpful in her absence. I would definitely recommend to others. (Belfast store)
