I went to the shop with a broken necklace I was offered a drink and made to feel welcome, I was served by Eilidh I wasn't pushed to go the most expensive route I was given all my options and left to decide what was best for me. As always with beaverbrook if you go to as good jewellery shop you get great service

I had purchased a watch for myself and some jewellery for my wife, as we recently got married.
I had visited the store at the Gyle in Edinburgh and showed them my email code and ID, the lady went off to collect my items, I didn't get a chance to look at them properly and basically felt like I had to leave the store.
It all felt rushed and so impersonal to treat a customer like this.
I admit I was happy with the items when I got home, but to see them at the store first would have been a nice thought incase I had changed my mind or something was wrong with the items.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and could not do enough to assist us. I did not know what type of ring I wanted but Gail took the time to make sure I explored all types of rings. I eventually got the ring I wanted which I love.

Good window displays and very friendly service by the girls in store.
