Whether buying from a high street store or ordering online the service is first class. No matter what jewellery item we are buying we always go to Beaverbrooks first.

Lovely store clean and bright ,the staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable . I had to order my ring and they posted it out to me very quick and efficient service

Great service , Elizabeth was very professional, she showed me a couple of gold chains for my crucifix explained how strong they were and wouldn’t break because of how they were made.
Nothing was too much for her. She knew her products excellent service.

On entering your store to look for a ring Id seen on Fb, I was greeted by a very welcoming member of your staff named Trinity (Meadowhall Store). She asked was there anything specific I was looking for, so I showed her the pic. She said, yes she knew which ring and showed us to a seat. She also brought others of similar design to look at. She sounded very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We came away with Trinity finding out if the ring could be made from white gold to platinum and awaited contact. We then returned a few days later and ordered a different ring that we saw in the window. Very pleased with my purchase and Trinity couldnt do enough to make this visit very pleasurable from start to finish

Great experience buying a limited edition Tag that they hadn’t even had chance to put in the window. Very knowledgeable about the product. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from there again

I took my partner for a birthday gift and the service was welcoming. Fran was very polite, social and helpful, she very knowledgeable about the products we were looking to purchase. We would definitely visit again.

The assistant was helpful, listened to what we wanted and we left the shop with exactly what we wanted.
