I had an idea of what I wanted
I had an idea of what I wanted, I went to your Stockport branch , spoke to Heather and she showed me what I was looking for and told me the finer points , ie. Quality of watch movement, and a bit of the background of the manufacturer, which was very helpful with my decision.
I went ahead with my purchase, made all the easier with Heather's friendly and knowledgeable approach, she was really helpful , and a credit to this branch

Anniversary Present
Took my wife caroline to Beaverbrooks in Stockport today. To get a new pair of earings for our anniversary. The staff was very helpful and did not rush us as some do. My saw a pair she liked and the lady got them out of the window let her see them. We were asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee, I had a cup of coffee my wife did not won’t one. I bought the earings for her, the lady put them into a box and a bag. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.
