Do not order from this company , I am fumeing, I ordered compost back in May, basically they have stollen from me as taken my money and not delivered.
It's impossible to get a response from the Company on the phone or email .

Only 2 stars because I was unable to contact you by phone or email. No-one was responding. The wait for the compost to be delivered far exceeded the expected delivery dates and I was unable to cancel the order. I was not contacted to let me know when delivery was due. Consequently it eventually turned up the day we were going on holiday. Having said that the quality of the compost is good.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
Compost was supposed to be delivered within a few days. A month passes I chases them up they say another month.
I cancelled the order but getting money back is impossible had to go to my bank for help.

Avoid at all costs! We ended up getting some from Facebook market place much cheaper anyway

We waited over 6 weeks for our compost to be delivered. A nightmare to get hold of as don't pick up the phone. Would not recommend.

The compost was full of all sorts of rubbish! And after contacting them about it, they just ignored me.

Like others, I ordered soil back in March. Still haven’t received it. I disputed the charge to my account, and- thank you Lloyd’s bank!!- I got my money back. Had tried to contact the company, but no response. This business is finished, would not recommend ordering from them. Beware!

Very hard to get them on the phone but they did reply back when texting them, they did say delivery’s going to be a week late and I did get it a week late as stated. Thanks

Don't buy from here. I ordered topsoil on April 4th.3 and a half months later I haven't received it. I've had no reply to numerous e-mails. I've raised a dispute with my bank to get my £87 refunded, but that hasn't happened yet either. Next stop Trading Standards.

Excellent products. I would have given 5 stars but they had significant delivery delays at the time which were annoying. Hopefully these issues are now resolved

Shocking service ! Failed to deliver my order or respond to my emails or answer the phone having hung on the line for over 2 &1/4 hours at times. Had to ask my bank to reclaim my money.

took money - never delivered - tried to contact for over TWO WEEKS WITH NO REAPONSE - had to get bank to issues a charge back - DO NOT USE THESE CON MERCHANTS!

Ordered and paid £325.00 for 3 bags of enriched soil, never received them, got fed up of ringing and emailing and got no answers, I had no alternative than to put you in the small claims court !!! Do not expect to have any reply !!!

Appalling, no contact from company from time of payment. No replies to emails and no one picked up any calls tried for weeks. Eventually requested a charge back from my bank for the payment. Avoid at all costs.

Despite chasing my phone and e-mail more times than I can count I still haven't received the order I placed weeks ago and paid for next day delivery.
No one answers the phones when you call and you never get any relies to emails.
I am now trying to get my money back through my credit card.
I wish I had read other reviews before ordering as I'm not sure this is even a real company. If they are, I have no idea how they are still in business with such shocking service!

Ordered a simple bag of compost with 5 - 7 working day delivery. After constant chasing and lies when I did get in touch with the company about promised delivery dates I claimed my money back from PayPal. If they couldn't deliver in 3 months they were never going to deliver.

I bought top soil from them, and they have never delivered. They don’t answer emails.
They keep you holding on phone for upto 1-2 hours and still didn’t answer my call when I hung up.
It’s a total fraud, never buy anything from them.
