I have purchased three previous sets of extensions from Bebonia and have never had any major issues. Unfortunately, my most recent order, which included two sets, was the worst quality I’ve ever received.

I have worn clip-in extensions for years, so I know how to care for them properly. I routinely make a set last well over a year. These, however, began shedding and tangling almost immediately despite being cared for correctly.

I contacted customer service, and after I provided the photos they requested, they offered to let me return the extensions and wait for replacement sets. The problem was that the replacements were on backorder, and I wear my extensions almost every day. Going without them for an unknown amount of time wasn’t a realistic option for me.

As a company that understands how important hair can be to a woman’s confidence, I believe a better solution would have been to send the replacement sets first and then allow me to return the defective ones. Instead, I’ve had to keep wearing these extensions in braids and buns because they become so tangled, but I still need them to add fullness to my hair.

I’m extremely disappointed by both the decline in quality and the way this situation was handled. Based on my experience with my last two sets, I will not be purchasing from Bebonia again.

Quality, customer service, and delivery service is great.

They either run problematic consumer scams OR don’t fix their website glitches resulting in problems - either wau unacceptable given that their extensions costs $200-$400+.

I ordered a set of extensions that their website ALERTED me were on stock via email. Not only did I receive the email, but when I went to the website, it let me add and purchase the extensions which were around I think $280 or something ridiculous.

A day later, I get an email saying “Thank you for your recent purchase with Bebonia!

Unfortunately, we are backordered on the Curly Ash Blonde 22" 110g.

Our website will normally flag an item as 'Pre-order' once the last item is purchased, allowing future customers to know that they are now purchasing a pre-order item. Occasionally, this does not happen as expected.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience as we know you wanted to receive your extensions as soon as possible.

We are working on restocking this particular extension asap. However, preorder items can take 15-30 days to ship from the date your order was placed. “

Then I note how frustrating that is as a consumer and ask if that means it will actually be shipped at some point within 15-30 days. The representative apologizes for the “”””glitch””” but can’t even confirm that I’ll receive the items in 15-30 days - so essentially they want you to just wait while you have already paid them or are paying them through after pay or whatever they offer.

Then a couple days later I get ANOTHER email saying the item is back in stock. Assuming that the first was truly a “”glitch”” as stated by the representative, I email to ask if they will ship it now.

She responds and says “Thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately, the 22" 110g Ash Blonde set is still out of stock. It appears the notification you received may have been sent in error due to a website glitch, and I apologize for any confusion.

The good news is that I’ve marked your order as priority, so it will be shipped as soon as we receive the restock.

Thank you so much for your patience. We’ll get your order on its way at the earliest opportunity and will keep you updated along the way.”

So I’m confused at this point - either Bebonia is being scammy and allowing this “error” to continue or their system and customer service sucks.

By the way, I also tried to order this item MONTHS ago at which point it was also back ordered. I waited over TWO MONTHS to receive the set with no update except when I reached out and I finally refunded the item.

This is ridiculous and I’m 2 seconds away from just refunding this one too. It seems extremely scammy and suspect. Check their other reviews even on google and you will see this is a pattern (it’s just on Google companies can delete negative reviews)

This is my second time ordering the clip in extensions, this time im going with the 22” curly neutral dark brown clip ins.
They 18” i purchased back in September 2025 are still great, they blend in absolutely seemlesly, everyone thinks thats my real hair, the colour, the curl pattern is just on point. They style exactly like my real hair, worth every penny, and customer service is great. Highly recommend

I placed an order earlier this month for clip in extensions hoping it would look as natural as possible so I can wear on my wedding day in just a few short weeks. When I received my bebonias, they were perfectly packaged and actually matched my color. I ordered the Ash blonde, 16”, ringlets. Because I was going more for getting length, I made the mistake by opening the sealed part of the bag first so I couldn’t return /exchange. HOWEVER, I loved them so much and wore them while I waited for my 22”. A week later I received my other length in the mail so by the time they came in, I became a pro at installing them in my hair to achieve my everyday desired look.
I learned to wash/style them thanks to the videos on Bebonias IG page.

I highly recommend these extensions to anyone who is wanting a full/long look.

I've been buying the same hair extensions from them since uff I think 2020 or 2021 same kind nothing diffrent and honestly the last two sets I've bought feel diffrent, and the one I just purchased on 3/06/2026 feels fried from the ends. What sucks is that the test strand of course feels and looks good but after pulling out the rest of the hair felt really bad. I think it might be time to part ways and find a new brand for curly hair lately they been bad I dont mind the price increase ik curly hair is hard to come across but add bad quality to the mix its no from me especially when Im buying it ever 4 months.

I was really disappointed with my extensions from this company. When they arrived, I was shocked at how extremely thin they were. My natural hair is already on the thinner side, and there is absolutely no way to make these blend or look right with just one set. What felt especially sketchy was that shortly after they were delivered, I received an email asking, “How’s the volume?” The email then went on to say that most people need TWO sets to achieve the proper volume. Nowhere on the product page or website did it clearly state that the extensions were this thin or that most customers require two sets. It honestly feels like a sales tactic — sell one set for almost $200 knowing it likely won’t be enough, then suggest buying a second set after the fact. If it were clearly stated upfront that most people need to spend nearly $400 to achieve a full look, I think many customers would make a more informed decision before purchasing.
I feel misled and disappointed. Transparency about thickness and realistic volume expectations should be clearly stated on the product page — not revealed in a follow-up email after customers have already paid.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. I am based in Germany, and my request was handled within two days, which was very fast. I needed to change my order because I accidentally placed it incorrectly at first, but this was absolutely no problem. Everything worked smoothly and without any complications. Thank you very much for the excellent support — I really appreciate how well everything was handled. I am very happy with the service and already looking forward to receiving my order.

Best curly extensions on the market!! I absolutely love them!

I absolutely love the communication emails I receive throughout the process of ordering the hair. The websites go in depth about the hair you will recover and have very helpful pictures and videos that ensure you’re not confused on what you’re buying. The quality of the hair is amazing and the color matching blew me away! It’s as if the Bebonia hair came off my own head! The clip ins are invisible and super lightweight, which is a plus for me in maintaining the health of my natural hair. Overall I love the service and will from now on make Bebonia my regular hair provider!💕

I’m in love with my spiral set it blends so well I’m mostly spiral to the crown ringlet in middle and curly on top. I’m now waiting for the new minis I hope that get minis in spiral and ringlet soon thank you Benonia

I was ordering every three months to replace my extensions . I think their recent price increase is significant and haven’t ordered since . I’m also disappointed they never offered shorter extensions for older woman . After each purchase I had to pay an additional 40.00 dollars for my hair stylist to take off 3 inches . Became unaffordable !

Great quality. Received in a relatively short length of time. I've used plenty of straight clip in extensions in my lifetime. But I have only been able to find synthetic in my curl pattern, until I found Bebonia. Now i can have quality, remy hair. I love not having to heat style my hair to match my extensions. The band and clips are sturdy for numerous wears. I like them so much I bought a second set as a back up.

Received fake looking, frizzy extensions with a very unnatural curl pattern. Customer service agreed however it was a long process to refund. Even then, they refused to refund the £60 shipping as the money ‘didn’t go to them’. Surely, if you admit the quality is poor, it is on the company to pay back the customer out of pocket. Why should I have to pay £60 for the privilege to receive such bad extensions.

Ive bought my extensions from here before and I absolutely love them! Also very greatful for their deals!

Awful quality. Way too thin and not as advertised in the photos and videos. Hair color is inaccurate as well.
