Saying they have YAMATO as shipping as stated in their site, adding address only DHL and Fedex, contacting them,
oh we dont ship with YAMATO.

We do use Yamato for shipments within Japan, for international orders we ship with DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Charged me for international shipping…
Charged me for international shipping with tariffs fee included. Then I had to pay an additional $59 to receive my package at delivery. Won’t respond to my email asking for a refund
***UPDATE, I received emails from be clear and they were kind and professional and wanted to make the situation right. They acknowledged they made an error and provided me with not only a refund but a bit of a credit as well to cover the cost of tariff fees I received. I was very impressed with this level of customer service and would definitely do make more purchases with be clear goi by forward.

Claiming that all tariffs are covered but yet we still get billed for tariffs. Basically we got charged twice for tariffs on multiple occasions. These new owners have no idea what they are doing. Very horrible!

This issue occurred because our staff mistakenly shipped your order as DAP (Delivered at Place) instead of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). As a result, the shipping company incorrectly billed you for tariffs a second time. This was entirely our mistake, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and worry it has caused.
Please kindly ignore the bill — it will automatically be returned to us if unpaid.
We are very sorry for the trouble and inconvenience. We are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
