I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. I was skeptical about ordering from a company that I had found on Facebook as I’ve been let down in the past by different bed companies that are on Facebook but after reading reviews I thought I would just chance it. From the moment I initially messaged to order our bed up until it was delivered the service was fastastic. The replies to messages were almost always instant and so helpful and polite. Delivery was so quick and even the delivery guys were so polite and helpful. The quality of the bed is amazing probably the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a good quality bed for a good price I would 100% recommend these guys. Couldn’t fault it.

I recently ordered a bed from Bed4U and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful and quick to reply to any messages. I changed my mind a couple of times about the colour, and even decided just two days before delivery that I wanted to add a mattress after originally saying I didn’t – but nothing was ever too much trouble. They were patient, understanding, and sorted everything out quickly without any fuss.

On delivery day, I was told by the driver there would be an extra charge to assemble the bed, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand, so I declined. When putting it together, I noticed some clips were missing from the order. I messaged Bed4U straight away and they responded almost instantly, resolving the issue quickly. They also helped me check that the bed had been assembled correctly, which actually fixed a slight squeak – fantastic aftercare service!

Overall, I would highly recommend Bed4U. The bed itself is absolutely stunning, and the £160 full foam memory mattress is incredibly comfortable. Great quality, great communication, and excellent customer service throughout. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kami was great and diligent from the onset, super polite and responsive. The process was very smooth and simple. Bed was assembled for me and it is perfect! The bed and colour match exactly what I asked for. I would reccomend anyone to this company. You can take pride in knowing that Kami will take great care of you and your order.

I was sceptical to order by just seeing ads for this company on Facebook and instagram but from the moment I contacted the company they could not have been more helpful and went through everything step by step and answered all my questions, I ordered the bed paid small deposit online and within a few days my bed arrived kami was so helpful with my order and the two delivery guys were great and had the bed assembled in minutes I got a kingsize gas lift ottoman bed on cream plush velvet .. it’s beautiful I would highly recommend

I ordered a bed from bed4u and everything about the process seamless. I was kept up to date with my order, when it would be delivered and time. I even had the choice to choose a delivery day. The day the bed was delivered, the courier still kept me up to date. And I now how a beautiful bed. Thank you

Hi just wanted to say thank you again the drivers were lovely one had blue shorts and tshirt he was extra lovely and polite and chatty! I would recommend yourselves to everyone been excellent customer service and friendly kind staff! The instagram customer service was outstanding as well! I was able to get a reply even in the evening times which you don't normally get! Highly recommend to everyone

The bed I ordered is exactly what I wanted!!! I had some slight changes such as a higher headboard, removing the beading and a gas lift and it came exactly how I wanted it and it’s gorgeous, such great quality and the mattress is so comfortable, the service was absolutely brilliant, I ordered it late Sunday night and it arrived Thursday evening!!! The team and the delivery guys were a pleasure to deal with, brilliant service I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending!! ☺️

Bed delivered today absolutely stunning bed for the price! And the two men that delivered it was fantastic and out of up for me for a reasonable extra charge. Highly recommend

I placed an order for my child's first bed, transitioning from cot & let me tell you that the experience has been amazing!
From my first txt to Kami over WhatsApp she has been so responsive and understood exactly what I needed.
I placed my order on Friday evening 25th and she chatted to me about the order even though it was so late. I had a few questions and requests before Monday and she came back on all of them! I got confirmation and a choice of delivery dates and not even a week later the bed was delivered at 10am on 1st May. The bed itself is so heavy! Made very very sturdy and the memory foam mattress is firm and comfortable! I couldn't fault this entire experience! 5 out 5 on everything! Thank you for making this special purchase a great experience!

I found the company on Facebook so sent a message enquiring & within 10min I had a message back, Very helpful & informative 👍 .... sent me colour charts & mattress upgrade costs & to be fair advised that the mattress with the bed was more than substantial so no hard sells.

Sent me a link to pay small deposit, Advised me of delivery days & asked me what suited me! Once my order was processed I received an email advising I would be contact day before delivery with times, True to work I had a call to advise delivery between 8am-12pm.

Driver called 30mins before to advise arrival time, Carried all items to the door.

Literally the easiest thing to assemble ( about 10mins ) heavy duty quality item, Fantastic & we love it. Overall great service & would highly recommend 👌

Really nice beds,good quality fast delivery and went the extra mile to get mine to me fairly late at night after I had a new carpet laid. Would highly recommend buying from these

I was so shocked at the amazing quality of the bed and mattress it really exceeds what I expected beautiful quality and soooo heavy, love the fact there's like planks foe the ottoman underneath so your clothes aren't on the floor or on a cheap made piece of cloth, the mattress is also extremely good quality I would 1000000% recommend this company their communication is also amazing reply straight away and go above and beyond, also delivery guys were fantastic explained everything to us they're a credit to your company aswell

Fantastic beds, great service and very fast delivery, bought the beds on Wednesday and they were delivered within the timeframe on Saturday.
Would highly recommend!
