Ordered online and for some strange reason the confirmation email was delivered to my spam folder and it took some time for me to receive it . However , I was sent a shipping confirmation and a tracking number .
I ordered on Saturday, today is Wednesday and have just received the duvet. Came in a strong carry case and was extremely well flat packed .
I am absolutely delighted with this . It is for my son , who currently away at Uni , so won’t be used for a few months , but I’m sure he will be delighted with it . Highly recommend this Company . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All good excellent company to deal with.

I ordered some 40cm deep sheets, when they arrived they were only 30cm deep, therefore of no use to me as they will not fit my mattresses. I contacted them and they asked for photos of the labels which I sent them. Several days later after trying to contact them via, email calling them and WhatsApp without any success, they finally emailed to say would send me a returns label. The label was supposed to be with me on Monday it is now Wednesday evening and I have just had to chase them again as I am still waiting for the label.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all their customer service is awful. Sad thing is I would have been happy with the sheets if they had been the correct size.

Just to update my review, company has apologised for their bad customer service experience, they say they are striving to improve customer services. They did provide me with a free returns label and have completely refunded me.

As I said previously the sheets were of good quality for the price and I would have kept them if they were the correct size, my only issue was the length of time it took to sort things out.

Liars. They state if ordered before 12pm you can get next day delivery. This means if you order it before 12 you get it the next day. I ordered it at 10am. Now considering they open at 10 am you would think that would be easy to fulfil their promise especially since that promise cost £7. Get this though people that order for next day delivery generally will pay £7 to get it (guess what) the next day, funny that. I needed this item today, TODAY and now it's totally useless to me, it's a health thing ya know and my business. They haven't even processed it, I'm sure they didn't even look at it and if they did that's worse!!! Looking at the state of the place where it is located though, I mean you can't even see the company name anywhere for a start, I'm not suprised, the place is a dump. When you call them a total different name appears on the phone and this tells me they were fronting as a different shop at one point... you know why people do that right.....?

Currently trying to contact them but so far there phone line is constantly busy and not responding to emails sent .
Update .
Just received an email saying they are refunding my money as the items are out of stock .

Ordered a mattress for a Moses basket from here. They sent the wrong size so I emailed them 11 days ago and no response. Prompted them again and still no response.

This Company took payment for my order, even sent a Royal Mail Tracking number, but the order was shown as ‘we are expecting your order’ by Royal Mail for days!!! Attempts to contact them by the mobile number provided on the website were met with constantly ‘BUSY’ day after day. Finally my email was answered and they were apologising and said they would send another parcel with priority. They never did!!! I demanded a refund and after several emails they finally refunded my payment!!! Albeit a week later!!
15/1/26 Royal delivered the order today!!! Then i got an email from Bedding Royal saying they were going to to send me a ‘Returns Label’ as they wanted their ‘product’ back!! Which I will do provided it is at no cost to myself!
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with an online Company and one I would hope never to have again!!!!

After a delivery problem I was quickly sent a full refund. Very satisfied with the outcome

After initial concerns about receiving items having been given incorrect courier references, not being able to log in to account to view order, I started to think that this wasn't a genuine company so I was surprised when the order did turn up, unfortunately part of my order was incorrect and the communication from whatsApp patchy so left me very sceptical about this company, though the correct part of my order was of a great quality for the price.
I gave up on the whatsApp chat and emailed instead, they were quick to respond, very helpful and quick to send out the correct part of my order. I'm very pleased with the items just could have done without the hassel, saying this I believe in 2nd chances we all get things wrong at times and the quality was good so I would buy from again.

Great service sent quickly good product

Item was shown as box pleated but was frilled. Although depth of valance is ok it's very baggy on mattress-as a lot of them seem to be nowadays. Just very poorly fitting

Previously reviewed as 1 star but since the company has dealt with the complaint expeditiously. Have yet to return item for full refund.
