This company are complete scammers, paid a lot of money for a tv bed. Weeks and weeks go by, awful to contact and speak to someone. When we did manage to speak to someone they would lie saying it’s with the delivery company and that we should have confirmation off them soon, which we didn’t. Eventually received an email saying that they’re no longer trading and that we won’t be receiving our bed nor a refund. Yet they’re still live on their website selling furniture!

Pretty disappointed with lack of communication from yourselves and staying on website 1-2 delivery but it took 4weeks to arrive and not in the allotted time scale .

AVOID - SCAM COMPANY.
i purchased an item nearly a month ago and was due to recieve the item in 2 week. I have attempted to contact them by email, chat & phone however after numerous attempts i have had no response. Im now having to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Do no bother

Bed Kings were very helpful with my enquiries which were resolved swiftly.
My daughter is very happy with her television unit. It seems to be well made and should last for many years to come.
Professional, friendly and set up and explained it quickly
The two guys were friendly, professional and set up the bed very quickly. They also explained to me how to use the Trundle, which was appreciated. I had seen a previous review that concerned me but my experience of this company has been excellent. Thank you. 😊

Quick delivery of chest of drawers and bedside cabinets but the wardrobe is completely missing from the order.

I waited over a month for the table I’d ordered but was not told at the point of ordering that there would be a delay.
Placed an order on January 4th
Placed an order on January 4th. Managed to speak to someone middle of Jan that said item was delayed until 4th February and would be out for delivery straight away. Waited until 10th February after numerous emails and attempts to ring them I finally had an answer to say it was being delivered Saturday 14th.. I’ve been sent a delivery email saying your delivery is expected …… (blank) and tracking number is ……. (Blank)…. Now the 16th can’t track as don’t have a tracking number and guess what no one answering the phones AGAIN…….. I’m trying to cancel the order now as I’ve sorted it somewhere else… ordered Sunday and being delivery tomorrow… SO WHY CANT THIS COMPANY OFFER THE SAME SERVICE…… WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Efficient delivery despite delay due to accident on M4
Despite a delay caused by a traffic accident on the M4, the delivery team kept me updated and once the accident was clear they arrived as soon as they could, delivery was simple and efficient.

Ordered Jan 18. No news after 2 weeks. Had to chase twice to finally get an answer - was due in last Tuesday for despatch straight away… a week later, still waiting. Two more emails sent and every other means possible to get an update. No answer. The unit may well be good when we finally get it but the customer service has been shocking. I work in customer service and we pride ourselves on answering within a maximum of 24 hrs and 99% of the time, it’s same day even in our peak times. This experience has not been good so far.
The delivery person was very unhelpful
The delivery person was very unhelpful. I asked if he could help me carry the very heavy wardrobe upstairs because my mom is elderly out of good will and he wasn't interested? All he stated was that we hadn't paid for that service and claimed the neighbors had complained about him parking even though all my neighbors had already gone to work by then so how could they say that? He left my property without even saying good bye or anything?
Awful customer service and 3x attempts to get a product without damage
Ordered a dining table in August that was on preorder for delivery in October then pushed back to December with no communication until they were chased via phone, no issue we were ok with this as we were told we would still have it in time for Christmas. The table was then delivered in December and arrived damaged (really poor packaging - cardboard only) I called up and emailed in the photo evidence of the damage, Bed Kings advised it was a manufacturer issue and they would ask for feedback from them on a solution. No update until 5 days later when I chased again to be told a replacement had been shipped out, I asked them to provide a date so we could ensure someone would be home to find it was going to be delivered that day and the delivery then failed, we rearranged for delivery at no charge, again no issue as easily sorted. The first table was delivered by a Bed Kings courier but the second table was delivered by DHL. The table was only packed in cardboard again so unsurprisingly damaged again. Both tables looked like they had been dropped causing chunks/chips out of the table and scratches. Immediately reported back to bed kings again. They gave us two options - have the tables picked up and a refund issued or they could replace again straight from manufacturer. We asked for a replacement as we loved the table albeit damaged. Chased for an update on the delivery of this table as communication wasn't great throughout and the replacement was delivered, opened by the courier at our house and the table was damaged again although this time it was only minor with a few scratches. The courier reported the issue back to HO and we had an email the next working day saying they were working towards a solution and would be in touch, I left it 48 hours with no communication so I emailed advising that we would get the table repaired ourselves to save any more back and forth and disruption but we wanted some money back to sort it and for the bad experience. They offered a 13% refund and addressed nothing regards to our comments on the experience. These things happen but the way Bed Kings handled it could have been a lot better and to leave emails and not pick up the phone and update us, apologise or provide a solution is a real shame.

Pre-ordered an item, price was brilliantly competitive. When it came into stock I received communication immediately to arrange delivery.
Excellent service, would recommend.
