Indifferent behaviour
Applied for account opening a month back. They said they will get back. However, to my surprise, never got back. Even a rejection would warrant a response. This is the level of professionalism by so called crowd funding apps. I am glad did not go through this once I have funded the account:(

Great team and best short term finance
Beehive has helped us greatly by providing us short term finance in a reasonable terms which has helped us immensely in the growth of our company. Withdrawal not confirmed
I have tried withdrawing my money again. No email confirmation nor SMS, neither a phone call from them. They seem to be interested mostly in promoting and ask you to invest money.

Disappointing platform
I've been a Beehive client for a long time, but I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service. Despite several emails and reminders, I rarely receive a response. Over the past two years, there have been significant losses with no proper communication or justification. All I’ve received are generic responses about doing their best to collect the debts.
I was expecting significant improvements after becoming part of e& Enterprise, but unfortunately, things have only deteriorated.

Good investment oppotunity
They have a nice and very simple platform, everything is done on time and I feel that they have good investment opportunities. I am happy with the progress so far, and am happy to continue investments through their platform. The only thing that they can improve on is customer support, there have been delays in response every time I sent them an email.

I have been on Beehive since it was established and it has been excellent alternative
I have been on Beehive since its creation. The platform has delivered well on the posted investment opportunities. Net returns have each year been consistent. Money has been added and withdrawn from the platform. Seamless. The secondary market and the continuous expansion into other financing tools have been excellent to further diversify and dillute the risks.

There are no transparency about taken action against non committed companies
It seems there are no enough duediligence obtained for example B+ failed to payback from the second instalment!!!

Beehive is heavily regulated by DFSA, therefore all business we have accepted is aligned with the set regulatory standard. Although we undertake detailed risk checks and only allow creditworthy businesses to apply for finance on our platform, no investment can ever be entirely risk-free, and even creditworthy businesses may default.
Since this is an unsecured investment, in cases where a business defaults, the risk is borne by the investor. Beehive will do everything in its power to collect the dues and will start legal action if deemed relevant.
Beehive also uses other strategies to collect funds. If Beehive is unable to collect outstanding monies from the business, then investors will need to wait until such time that money is recovered from the business through a conventional legal process if deemed commercially viable.
