The greatest blessing to any overseas investor is having a knowledgeable, professional, and reliable property manager to look after one’s portfolio. Rebecca of Bee Property is the one and only in the Northwest to go to.

Every detail of managing my block of flats is taken care of meticulously and personally by Rebecca in the most assiduous manner as if it was her own baby. Unlike the previous local letting agent whose office is merely 15 minutes away from my property and decided an emergency visit is not the best use of their time, Rebecca doesn’t care to make a 2-hour schlep just to attend a utility provider appointment. What more can an investor ask for?

Coming from a construction background, I am surprised to witness Rebecca’s impartial judgement of works quotations and award of works to the lowest bidder and not an affiliated builder (if any). The quotations of repair and maintainence works she sourced is literally an open book, one can’t be more transparent than that. Her handling works purely for the best interest of the investor and against that of an agent. Rome was not built in a day, so wasn’t trust. I am rest assured any works Rebecca proposes to be carried out are of necessity and of best value.

Rebecca always works her magic to strike a win-win balance between the tenants and the landlord. I don’t know how she managed to make the most difficult tenants satisfied. My tenants like to talk to her often, invite her to their residence for coffee, be her eyes and ears of the property, etc. This truly leaves me a peace of mind a thousand miles away.

It is no doubt Bee Property beats out the majority of their counterparts in property management and sourcing services. What I would further ask for is Rebecca and Louis take care of themselves and don’t work 24/7. I wish all the best for Bee and always be proud of you guys.
