Big scam
Big scam. The product cheaply done. They do no answer enquires and you can not return any products. Shipping took a month. Probably shpped from China or another cheap production country. Avoin by any cost!

Shady. Unable to return an item because it was a “final sale” although it doesn’t state that on the actual item unless you open ANOTHER tab, also doesn’t state that during the check out process like normal NON-shady boutiques do that actually care about displaying good customer service and care if their customers return. Which I won’t. Return email was also lacking any amount of good customer service. But hey - what do I know? - I only unnecessarily spend a ton online shopping. Definitely noted.
Has all the earmarks of a scam.
I ultimately didn't purchase from here. The price was too good to be true. I kept refreshing the page on the item I was interested in. It always had somewhere between 20 and 50 people that were supposedly viewing the item. The number remaining kept going down on almost every page refresh but the number sold never changed. The number sold without the last 7 days was more than the total number sold. When the number remaining got down to 1 it stopped changing. I bet if I got out of the browser and back in, the number remaining would go back up. This has all the signs of a scam.
I want to start off by saying WORST RETURN POLICY EVER
I want to start off by saying, I order clothes online a lot and I am thorough about reading reviews, the item description and following the size charts. I also read "returns within 30 days" and dumb me should have opened the entire return policy because only for store credit. I ordered a dress that I thought I'd love and I was right, the problem was it would not fully zip up. I am a busty but based on the the "true to size" reviews, the XL should have been fine but I knew I could return within 30 days, right? I wish this would have come in a size XXL but apparently nothing does. So now I will have a $90 store credit that I cannot use because apparently, I am too large for this store so I will have to give away. Also, when I sent an email about wanting a refund, the rep was very condescending saying I should have read reviews, item description and size chart. Thanks, Captain Obvious. UGH. Do they have cute dresses? Sure but please be small enough to fit it.

Purchased a lite jacket
Purchased a lite jacket. Went back to the site to review new arrivals. Found the jacket I had just purchased two days ago was on sale more than 50% off. This did not seem right so I called and was told “There is nothing I can do about that, so sorry.” Just a terrible business when the customer is treated like this. They have lost all of my business.

Cheap made goods and unreliable service, go through a company that is capable and has the reliability. This company is not it.
Save your money and headache!!
Save your money and headache. If you are outside of their return date, no exchanges or store credit. If don’t respond to them within 5 days, they will restock your items and just take your money. Plus all sales are final. All returns will result in a store credit. The quality of clothes are poor and high priced. They are based in Utah so likely owned by super religious money hungry bunch of people that have never experienced any diversity. This business is not ready for online business.

Deleting previous description because there's no way to reply and the company's response is total bunk.
Really awful company to deal with. They are unreasonable and lie to suit their needs then double down when caught in the lie. But, it never matters if you're right in the end, because the company is also the deciding authority.
A Better Business Report has been filed against them in order to request a refund for an order that still hasn't been fulfilled. According to USPS, they haven't received the package and the boutique is now closed for the weekend.
Bella Ella Boutique can go after legitimate customer reviews all they want because in the end it is the BBB that will decide.
Buyer beware.

Scam company!
Scam company!! Nowhere on site do they say that all purchases are final!!! I tried to cancel an order right after making it. The item never shipped so this should have been possible. They said no so I told them I’d return it then. They said STORE CREDIT ONLY and we’re being extremely condescending! I wish I read these reviews first! This Is a HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY and the overpriced boots arnt even real leather. I’m going to open a claim with PayPal!!

Misleading at best; dishonest at worst
Purchased through Instagram. The shop policy on Instagram states that they accept returns for 30 days after delivery. I requested a return for a dress that didn't fit me (the sizing was kind of strange in the back, though the front looked good). They didn't respond via Instagram or to the email I sent.
I filed a claim, and finally they contacted me after prompted by Instagram, only to deny my request and send me over to their website. Well the website return policy is quite different: store credit only, within 30 days of purchase not delivery, and processed through their website not Instagram. None of this matches what I read when I ordered.
By this time we were outside their "window" though within 30 days of delivery. Finally they responded to my email and said they would make a "one-time exception" and take the return for store credit. I explained the difference in return policies and asked that they honor the policy on Instagram. They replied: "Thanks for getting back to us! Unfortunately Instagram does limit what we can add for our policy because they do have their own policies. Unfortunately like stated previously we will not be issuing a refund you will only be getting store credit. I apologize for the inconvenience! Have a wonderful day!"
At best this is misleading. At worst this is a dishonest attempt to trick customers.
UPDATE: Instagram refunded my order and seems to agree that the shop is in the wrong, here. Sigh...I'm so glad this is over. Final response from customer service: "If don't like our policy it would have been better if you read it before shopping with us. We will only issue store credit for your return. Have a nice day!" Wow.
