We recently used Bellagio Marble Ideas to install our new kitchen worktops, and the service from start to finish was absolutely exceptional.We chose the ultra-compact Dekton Helena design, and it looks stunning in our kitchen. The entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to a fantastic team.First, a huge thank you to Amy Peake, the showroom assistant who was the very first person we spoke to. She was so welcoming, informative, and patient while helping us make our final decision.When it came to execution, Matt Eagles did a meticulous job with the template to ensure a perfect layout.The installation process really showed the company's commitment to perfection. The initial fitting team, Admir Cuni and Antony Deville, carried out the first part of the work but weren't completely happy with how a section of it looked. Instead of leaving a less-than-perfect job, they proactively paused, took it back to rectify the issues, and arranged for a follow-up.The second installation team, Artur Thaci and Newman Agacy, came out to complete the job and they were absolutely flawless. They were so incredibly particular and precise with their craftsmanship.A special mention also to Tina Digby in the office for keeping everything perfectly coordinated. Every single person involved went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Bellagio Marble Ideas enough if you are looking for high-quality stone, flawless attention to detail, and top-tier customer care!"

We have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of our dealings with Bellagio Marble Ideas. Measure and delivery were very prompt following our quartz order via Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery in Stockport. Macaulay was meticulous in his measuring, really taking time with the accuracy of all the work involved in the correct preparation and fitting of the quartz. Communication was excellent and our five delightful fitters turned up very punctually, travelling up from the Midlands to our home on the North East fringes of Greater Manchester. The transformation of our kitchen was breathtaking during the time they spent with us. We were then advised as to the care of the product. Nearly a week on, as the kitchen job is progressing, we are taken aback as we enter the room. Many thanks to everyone at Bellagio for such a great customer experience. We are really thrilled. Thanks too to George and Neil for sorting everything out behind the scenes.

We had a problem with our worktop and the way they handled our issue show how much they care about the customer and their happiness. Everything was solved very quickly and smooth. Don’t have any negative comment. The quality of their products are also wonderful. I recommend their services to anyone looking to do a renovation to their kitchen.

We ordered our kitchen top through IKEA and it has been a nightmare. The material which we chosen from IKEA does not match with the kitchen top which you delivered. We have rejected it when you came for the installation.

However, I was really impressed with how Bellagio handled it. The staff was proactive and helpful in addressing this although the hiccups which happened earlier. Bellagio understood the situation and took full ownership.

IKEA, however was disappointing and I wrote to Peter Jelkeby (CEO and MD of IKEA UK) personally and he promised to investigate and a follow up on this issue.

After getting a response from them they were very quick at getting problem solved.
A superb crew came and removed defective work tops and fitted new in a very short time and made an excellent job of it. There attention to detail was 2nd to none and they were very helpful.

Thank you for completing the last piece of the puzzle in our kitchen. After been let down by the kitchen installer Commodore Kitchens on several aspects of the job, Bellagio was able to reinstate trust on us. The communication was brilliant, and the work was quick and efficient. I would like to mention Cari Syvret, the Sales Consultant, who was so patient, understanding, and was able to help us with all our queries. Nothing seemed too much of a problem for her.
Tony Johns, the Operations Manager, and his technicians Artur Thaci and Paul Gustard. They arrived early and finished pretty quickly as the job was pretty straight forward.

Brilliant company, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful quartz worktops. We had one hiccup along the way and the Sales Director personally delivered new samples the same day, great customer service. The fitting team were great and really helpful. Just received a fantastic service from start to finish. The templaters came out within a week of my enquiry and a week later, I have my beautiful looking Silestone worktop. Templates, Fitters were all very professional & friendly. Staff within the office communicated with me to make sure all my requirements were met.
I am so pleased with the process, service, quality, and my beautiful looking worktop.

Bellagio stone Warwick- company has amazing range of produce, very professional and knowledgeable and responsive staff.
I have been offered professional advise with regards to worktop edge style, sizing of overhang for island as one side of my island is close to window and produce it self. Highly commending they produce and service.

I was pleasantly, really satisfied with the service I received from Bellagio Stone.

I contacted them for a granite worktop (Moak Black Suede) but didn't require a full slab, only an off cut for my utility room. Some companies are reluctant to do this, but they were fine.

I was totally chuffed with the quality of workmanship to the rapid turnaround & reasonable price.

My email was quickly responded too & within a week an appointment was made for the templating procedure. The young gentleman who came around was efficient & polite.

I then received a quote within a day.

The price was very reasonable and exactly one week from the templating appointment .. it was made, delivered & installed by very polite lads who traveled from Warwickshire to Surrey.

I had no qualms whatsoever and look forward to using them again when I have my kitchen fitted in a few months.

P.S.I have to admit I can be quite a moaning old Victor Meldrew when it comes to service and writing reviews online but I have to admit to being really satisfied with Bellagio Stone.
