Please do NOT buy from this clothing brand. They are SCAMMERS. I bought two dresses I needed for an occasion thinking it would look like the pictures they put up but when received, the fabric was so thin and cheap, the color was NOT like the one the photo, and it was super wrinkly. I tried to return it but it costs around $30 something to ship back to CHINA, takes weeks to process, AND refund is not guaranteed. I might as well keep it and donate it at this point but PLEASE save your money and find a better clothing brand to buy what you want.

I wish I’d looked at these reviews before I ordered!!!!!!! Total scam I’ve lost £200. I can see now that there’s no point looking for refund. The items are not good enough for the charity shop but will go towards their rag money. Shocked but should have known better.

Their website provides an address in Chicago so I thought I was dealing with a US-based company. Their return policy said I would have to pay to ship any return. OK - I made the mistake of ordering a sweater. What I got was a cheap POS at least 3x too small. When I contacted the company I got the run around, but they finally told me if I wanted a refund, I could mail the return back to CHINA!!!! (It would cost me $38, with no guarantee of a refund.) No mention anywhere on their website that returns would need to be mailed to China.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Ordered what looked like a lovely soft sweater reduced from £69 to £35: What arrived was a horrible cheap knock off in very brash colours , which bore virtually no resemblance to the item I thought I'd purchased, very badly packaged. I printed out a returns label but there is no address for returns and when you contact "customer service" - what a joke- for it they block your emails. DON'T BUY FROM THEM: THEY ARE A SCAM

The item ordered was described as made from 'premium fibers'. It is appallingly bad quality, made of cheap nylon, poorly put together and badly represented by the pictures. What a total rip off!

Do not buy from this site!! It looks nice and seems like a legit store based in Chicago, USA but the item I received was nothing like the photo and the quality was terrible. Trying to get a refund is a joke and after finally hearing from someone, they sent me directions to send it back to China which will probably be close to the cost of the dress. I thought I’d be shipping it back to Chicago-no problem. Scam of a place and trash!!

I ordered a medium dress in light pink and a medium in light olive green. They sent large dresses in peach and turquoise. When I asked to return, they said I could pay shipping and they’d send me mediums, “keep the large and the color is what you ordered.” Never again. If you go to their website, it looks spotless for reviews. But it’s actual trash they sent. Don’t do it!

Not like the website at all! I bought 3 dresses and they turned up, absolutely nothing like the photo. It was clear that lighting effects had been used. In the photo they were teal and seemed a soft fabric, in reality they were lime green and shiney cheap material.

When I asked about a refund they said they would give a discount code for other items. Im still waiting for a reply back from them as I don't want to purchase anything else that will probably be unlike the reality as these were supposed to be my bridesmaids dresses.

It would be a real shame if they didn't care about customer service and returns it states that there is an "easy and hassle free returns policy up to 16 days after delivery"

BEWARE! CHINESE SCAM BASED IN GUANGZHOU CITY , CHINA MASKING AS A CHICAGO, USA BASED STORE! THEY SELL FAKES AND COUNTERFEIT ITEMS! DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE! I HAVE BROUGHT A CREDIT CARD CLAIM FOR FRAUD!

Should have a status minus stars. Stay away from this company. Product is subpar. Requesting a return - good luck. You will email for weeks and then they will ask you to return the product to CHINA. Nice little surprise they do not include in their return policy.

This company is a joke. I ordered a sage green dress. The dress sent to me was teal blue. In addition to the coloring issue, the dress had strings in 3 different areas on the dress. The quality of the dress was awful! I messaged them and they replied that the dress color was correct and for me to just cut the strings off a BRAND NEW dress. That is ridiculous. Do NOT order from this company. Save your money.

Wish 0 stars was an option! I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from Bella Luna Milano that were advertised on Pinterest. The dress advertised was nothing like what arrived in the post. The fabric was a different shade and even looked like a completely different fabric. The dresses were paper thin and gaped at the top where it was supposed to be fitted. The slit down the leg on the advert was sophisticated, the real dress has wobbly lines. They are so bad I can't even sell them on ethically. Not to mention that their returns policy states way down the bottom of it that they do store credit and not refunds so now I'm over £100 down for my wedding. I will be far more cautious about buying online from this experience.
