The handbag I received was NOTHING like the photos and the nice leather that was promised. Construction is shoddy, at best. Stitching is horrible and it has the look of a dime store bag. No wonder they offer "great" deals! They aren't worth even the discounted price! Don't get scammed. Don't buy from this company.

Don't get suckered into purchasing anything from this company. You will get a product that in no way is leather what you will get is a cheaply made bag of who knows what and forget about getting you money back.

This is the same company that under the name of Wendy was claiming to be a small workshop that was going out of business. They keep changing the name and the story as to why they are reducing the prices.
I ordered a bag before reading the reviews. I tried to cancel, but they said that it was too late and I could return the bag in 30 days.
After I received the bag I told them to send me the address of the place to return it to within two working days. They didn't, so I sent it to the shipping address, priority mail so I would have notice that it was delivered. About a week later they sent me some address in China, and refused to refund my money.
Since it was on a charge card I notified the charge card company and sent them copies of the emails. The Chinese company then said they would accept a reduced price. I didn't even bother to return an answer. The credit card company refunded my payment. I was out only about $10.
This is a scam. If you were taken in as I was, notify the credit card company. Send them a copy of the ad as well as copies of the reviews of other people. If enough people do that maybe they will cut of the account of this Chinese company.
I guess they are now delaying the delivery so you won't have time to return it.

Scam scam scam. Wish I had read these reviews before buying. You have 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel it, they do not accept returns or issue refunds. Having owned a real Bellatori purse in the past I can truthfully say that what they are selling is not Bellatori. No label on the bag except a fake name, not a Bellatori label. It's not genuine leather, zippers stick and don't work. It's an embarrassment to Italian craftsmanship...except it's NOT Italian craftsmanship. It's a piece of shit. Buyer beware.

Boots look NOTHING like what is advertised!!!
I'd b shocked if these are actually made of leather!!! Fur is cheap looking, ties are maybe 1/8" of leather strip and soles are a cheap ugly yellow rubber. They smell like plastic.
I was looking forward to receiving the boots, now im so disappointed, even with the sale price...they aren't worth it!! DO NOT BUY FR THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I ordered the Rosa style bag. It looked beautiful on their website like it was real leather. When I received it. It was a piece of vinyl/plastic chemical smelling bag. It was definitely not leather. I don’t know how they’re still in business or how this is allowed to be sold in the US I wish I could attach some pictures of what it looks like in the website and what I actually got, stay away thank God I had return protection with my credit card

If I could give a negative review I would! This place is a scam I should have looked up the reviews before buying. I purchased three hand bags thinking they look for great quality etc. please do not buy from this website it is a scam site. Bags are not handmade nor from Italy. They are from China and made in China. The material is anything and not leather at all. They look cheap and I ended up donating them. What a scam and a waste of money. Please be aware.

First my order delivery was delayed by a month. Second they shipped me the wrong boot. Third they argued that they had sent the right boot. 4th never offered to send the correct boot. 5th they would not do a return. Lastly offered a 30% refund on cost which I accepted because dealing with this non existent customer service was exhausting. So many emails back and forth with no real answer to the wrong boot order. Never order from here again. Pictures are pretty but don't expect to get that boot.

My order went to another address and the weird speed x delivery admitted it and so someone has my bags and Bellatorri did nothing about don’t but form there they are a scam when I was sent the tracking evenelope they sent me to prove it was delivered to the wrong address Bellatori didn’t care so some one has my order and I’m out the money the sale is a lie and a joke it’s scammmer

Upon receipt of my 3 boots in clear plastic bags all smashed up into one envelope I immediately knew that I had been taken advantage of. I am a horseback rider and wanted boots to go riding. These don't even qualify for adult sizing as they come 2-3 sizes too small, smell like rubber, and feel like fake pleather leather. I am beyond disappointed and I will pray that this website is shut down forevermore. The culprits behind this company need to be held accountable and arrested.

Absolute total rip off!!!! every word in any of their ads is a lie. Any of their products have never seen anything in Italy. Totally out of China and cheap plastic. Customer service will not answer and you get an automated “Sophie” that pretends to be answering, but it’s an auto bot. It takes weeks for the product to ship from China. Do not purchase anything from this company.!!!!!

I have fought back-and-forth with a credit company as they keep trying to recharge me well over $300 I keep going back-and-forth with a credit card card company with more and more evidence as to the scam that they are running. It may very well end up being an expensive lesson learned.

I never received my order and that idiot sophie keeps telling me they dont accept returns every time I demand a refund. Scammers!

Why can’t I rate a zero? These bags suck. Smell bad. And when I ordered it said free returns and now it is “no returns”. Yet another scamming company in our world that is rapidly degrading.

Total scam. Ordered 2 jackets and a bag. Jackets had labels from a Chinese company in them, one was clearly used. Everything was cheap plastic. Totally worthless junk.

BEWARE! If you got this far you already realize this place is a SCAM. Plastic from China and no returns.

I ordered a bag from Bellatori also. I paid 59.99 + shipping + tax. I waited for almost 5-6 weeks. When my Bag, ( I use the word Italian leather bag came in, it was a joke.!) The PLASTIC bag was folded up and the inside sounds like tissue paper! I have been in contact with Bellatori Company and they have said that they are going to send me another bag. I don’t want them to send me anything else! The only reason I haven’t returned the awful bag I have is because I have no idea who will be getting it and I Am not paying to return it. This Company needs to be shut down for fraud.
