Good so far........
As with all these review requests, they are made immediately after purchase has been made. Thus, if seller processes and delivers within stated / expected time, then many give 5 stars. This Trustpilot process skews reviews towards the higher end.
Truth is, it's only when things start going wrong that the merits of the seller are really tested. Thus, my 3 star rating reflects excellent delivery. If the product needs after sales support, then I may re-rate higher or lower. Price was competitive.
Trustpilot should increase the credibility of its review process by automatically breaking the scoring into purchase/delivery process and after sales, taking an average for its website review statistics. But, as we know, Trustpilot is not open to objective criticism.
