Amanda is Amazing!
We went to Amanda three years ago for my eldest daughter(Megan)and now my middle daughter (Lucy).
Amanda makes the whole experience welcoming,comfortable,relaxed,stress free&great communication from start to finish.
Dressing room is lovely with a stunning range of prom dresses in different styles&colours.
Thank you so much again Amanda my girls found their dream dresses and they're stunning!

I had a really disappointing experience collecting my prom dress. Despite the fact it was a very pretty dress, she had ordered a size 6 which was too small, and when it didn't fit, the assistant suggested I had gained weight as I do gymnastics . I was upset, as I know my measurements and have always been a size 8 but she made the error claiming there was a peg on the size 8 the previous time stating it was too big. It felt like an unfair accusation and made the whole experience not enjoyable when it’s meant to be, especially for the price. I have ended up having to get a different size ordered in which didnt go down well as we weren’t prepared to pay even more money for excess alterations on top of adjusting the length too, which has caused unnecessary upset and stress! I hope future customers receive more supportive and accurate assistance.

My daughter got her dream dress yesterday, Fern was absolutely amazing and homed in on my daughter’s personality and knew exactly what dresses for her to try on! Such an amazing experience, nothing was to much trouble and staff welcoming! Couldn’t recommend them enough! A day we will never forget, thank you for making my daughter’s dreams come true and finding her dream dress for her.

The dresses stocked at Belle of the Ball are brilliantly made with attention to detail.
The service was excellent in a perfectly laid out space which is calm and relaxed. Our exclusive 45 minute appointment was well ordered with my daughter being made to feel that the special experience of choosing a prom dress was a delight. No pressure sales. We chose an off the leg dress, so we could take it away as soon as she decided. Amanda is as excited as the girls to ensure they have the right dress for the night. Highly recommended

I had an amazing experience shopping at Belle of the Ball! I couldn't be more thrilled with my prom dress, from the moment I tried it on I knew it was my prom dress! The quality is high and it's a beautiful dress. Amanda was also very helpful and very kind. She was very welcoming and kind whilst helping me find the perfect prom dress. Any questions I had were answered in detail and she made it a delightful experience for this exciting event.

Amazing from start to finish. From booking in and the budget being discussed beforehand to picking up my daughter's dress, it has been easy and stress free. The most gorgeous selection of dresses to choose from, a relaxed and unrushed appointment and no pressure to purchase at all. We were made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Payment spread over time helps with the affordability and contact when the balance was paid was prompt. We picked up a beautifully steamed dress in a protective bag and we were able to do a thorough check and fitting before leaving with it. Amanda at Belle Of The Balldresses is someone I would highly recommend to anyone. I found her business online when looking for a prom dress for my daughter. Amanda was helpful right from the start and when she invited us into her home to view the dresses we were made to feel at ease and instantly could tell that she cared about her customers. Amanda clearly has experience and knowledge of all her dresses and we never at any point felt pushed into anything. This service you will not get from walking into a High Street store. We were able to take advantage of her payment scheme which massively helped spread the cost and overall the experience from start to finish was outstanding. Myself, my sister & my daughter met this lovely lady in January where she welcomed us in, with a range of beautiful & very different dresses, she had a range of colours, styles, & materials, we had a couple hours of my daughter trying on dresses, & in this time she found “the one” that she fell in love with for her prom, we ordered it & it came in end of
April, I love that belle of the ball does not sell the same dresses to anyone else, so
That dress is completely unique to you, & that we are assured that no one else will be sold the same dress/colour that goes to her school, or catchment area, her dresses are all very fair priced & she made us all very welcome! Will definitely recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a prom dress! Great customer service also updating me when the dress had arrived and rebooking us in to check the dress was ok! Couldn’t recommend more!

Amanda is amazing! She offers a high quality experience that made our daughter (Maddie) feel very comfortable. Even before the appointment, she sent us a detailed break down of what to expect so we knew what would happen during our session. Amanda was attentive and gave Maddie the very best experience choosing her prom dress. It felt exclusive and Amanda thinks of every detail. We collected the dress today and I have already encouraged lots of friends to visit.

my daughter was worried about what dress she wanted and design, Amanda made us feel very welcome and relaxed. She was full of great tips and information, we didn't feel rushed at all. listened to what we felt we wanted but also offered her expert knowledge on the dresses. I would also like to say i appreciated the email before my visit to ask if I wanted the choice of sale dresses- as the dresses can be expensive. felt this was a nice touch.
Once the dress was ordered and in Amandas hands - we had another fitting and more support with getting the dress on and off.
