Where do I start. The entire process from start to finish of the purchase of our lovely car has been absolutely incredible. The truly excellent service received from this business has been amazing. Having dealt and spoke with all the team there who have all been very helpful and professional, we primarily dealt with a chap called Tony H. Tony literally couldn’t do enough to provide an 5* service. Any concerns or questions I had were dealt with promptly and with ease. We are a return customer of this business after buying a car from them a few years ago. And already had a high opinion of them but they superseded my expectations. I can 110% recommended anyone looking for a car to use this company.

I had a great experience buying a used vehicle here with Tony M. He was courteous and allowed me as much time as needed to go through everything. Even took the time to help me get everything out of my old car and into my new car. Tony went above and beyond and even set up my phone for Bluetooth and showed me how everything worked. Great customer service. Will be back to see Tony in a few years when I change again.

Bought a car off this garage
Bought a car off this garage. Have been having issues from day one. Went back because of paintwork issues they tried to sort it out but in the end had to get it done properly elsewhere.Rang a few times only to be fobbed off they were not interested.Got a few minor things done and paid for it myself elsewhere despite having a 18 month GOLD WARRANTY. This warranty is a joke!!! Worthless crap. Warranty company not interested and BELLVUE no help at all. Now got a £920 job. To cap it all the rear quarter panel of the car has had serious accident damage. I didn’t notice it but when the rear light was removed a total bodge of a repair was revealed.The sunroof doesn’t open properly the glass in front of the dials is like a red hot frying pan but from my experience of the warranty they mis-sold me clearly I’m going to have to cover the cost of the repairs. It’s all one huge scam!!!! No half decent garage would sell its customers such a pointless warranty. Looks to me like they are in it together..
MY ADVICE WOULD BE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARAGE….

The warranty provided with your vehicle purchase in April is administered by an independent third-party warranty company, completely separate from our dealership. We do not have any ownership, partnership, or financial arrangement with them, and their coverage decisions are made solely by the warranty provider based on the policy terms.
The policy documents, including full details of coverage, exclusions, and the claims process, were emailed to you at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the issue you've reported is not a covered component under the terms of that policy.
We always strive to support our customers wherever we can. For example, earlier this year we were happy to carry out a complimentary polish on the vehicle to address the cosmetic marks you highlighted.
If there's anything further we can assist with regarding the vehicle itself, please feel free to contact us directly—we're here to help and would be glad to discuss this privately.

Couldn’t be happier, even sent my son in for a car last weekend and guess what!! He has purchased one too.
Reading some of the 1 star reviews that have been left in recent days doesn’t reflect the service and professionalism I and my family have experienced. They all seem connected to 1 person’s experience, imagine leaving a business a bad review based on other people’s reviews….. very very sad.

I have purchased 5 cars from Bellevue Garage over the last 15 years.
Yes a used car can experience some issues, it’s a used car, but I have always found Bellevue to be fair and more than willing to go above and beyond their legal obligations to get things resolved for me.
Seems to me that 1 guy has been unlucky with his purchase and has been totally unreasonable to contribute towards the repair, the statement from his friend of the garage haven’t made contact with him in a month is nonsense, these guys call you back at all hours of the night if you need help.
Reading through a few other 1 star reviews it seems his friends are now lambasting the business with fake 1 star reviews based on his experience of which I think he ain’t telling the whole story.
Anyways I always keep an eye on their stock and reviews and had to write something to say don’t be trusting these latest 1 star reviews…..

Car Failure Within 2 Months – Garage Refusing to Engage ***DO NOT BUY****
Formal Complaint Regarding Vehicle Purchase and Warranty Handling
My close friend purchased a Kia from Bellevue garage in August 2025. Within two months, the vehicle suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure requiring a complete engine replacement. This failure also caused consequential damage to the gearbox casing and starter motor.
The warranty provided by A1 has proven inadequate, as it refuses to cover the consequential damage to the gearbox and starter motor. Despite contacting the garage immediately on the day of the failure, my friend has received no response to repeated calls and emails. This lack of communication and accountability suggests a dismissal of responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires that vehicles sold must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Under the Act, the garage is obliged to ensure the vehicle is either fully repaired at no cost to the customer or replaced with a like-for-like vehicle. Given the lack of ownership demonstrated, my friend is now seeking a full refund and has escalated the matter to the Motor Ombudsman and the AA for further investigation.
This experience highlights serious concerns about both the quality of vehicles sold and the aftercare provided. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution before purchasing from this garage, as failure to uphold consumer rights risks leaving buyers in significant financial difficulty.

Bought my first car from Bellevue. So happy with the car and the customer experience. They have fixed every tiny thing I wanted doing and made the car perfect, would certainly recommend them. Honestly lovely people and put their customers first, thank you so much! Will be back for future cars.

Would never buy again from them
Would never buy again from them, obviously they didn't check it when they bought it, front brakes and pads down to the metal (yes done) when I took it home it came back for front bushes, rear bumper falling off, rear reflected broke all done, then rear bushes badly knocking and exhaust leaking but didn't want to no...
I paid extra to have new cambelt put on and it was done but after only 150miles car broke down with "cam" issues they are not interested, don't even return phone calls...
I paid for exhaust and rear bushes out of my own pocket costing £700
Then for them to not even attempt to help is shocking. I'm sorry, trying to get jobs done I rang round a few garages and 5/6 said to avoid bellevue garage... I didn't want to do a review because I did like them but I feel really let down

Thank you for your review. Which holds alot of untruths in it. All works completed on your vehicle are completed by an independent company and we pay for their services to complete work on all sales cars. With regards to the cambelt issue we did in fact help you as we asked you to get this diagnosed to find any issues on the vehicle. The car was at Ford who for whatever reason took their time to look into this for you as in your words (the vehicle is sat at ford taking up their space as they cant be bothered to look at your car) We then asked you to contact the garage that completed the work on this vehicle and discuss options with them, as any warranty will be with them as you are out of the warranty supplied with the vehicle due to the amount of time you have owned the vehicle. We have spoken to that garage yesterday and they have confirmed your vehicle is running and doesnt have any issues on the cambelt which was completed by them.
We as a garage have been running since 1966 and have 1000's of happy customers who have purchased vehicles from us.
We appreciate the time it has taken you to complete this review and trust you will enjoy your car.

Bought a car from these in December
Bought a car from these in December. When driving back the brakes was faulty and needed to be replaced. Which the garage paid for then within 2 months the car has developed many faults which the garage will not accept liability for and have had a inspection from a independent engineer and he has confirmed this garage is liability for the faults which they still will not accept so it's ongoing after paying over £8000 for car which is faulty. The customer service from this garage is awful

It All Came Together In The End…
Many people may consider buying a second-hand car online a bit of a risk, but I took it. My experiences with Bellevue Garage Ltd, based in Dunstable, has been great. Very easy to speak to and friendly staff and despite some initial hiccups on delivery my purchase of a 10 year old Juke was just what I wanted.
