I bought a Belling Cookcentre90Ei (£1200!!) in September 2024 and the bottom of one of the ovens is peeling away in April 2026. I've called the customer (dis)service team who denied such a manufacturing fault exists, the forums are full of people moaning about this very issue! There is a condensation issue where water leaks out of the bottom of the oven, pools inside the oven and gets underneath the ceramic and ultimately undermines it all. Just been informed its out of warranty after a whole 17 months....
They have offered me an engineer visit for the 'Bargain' price of £259 to see if its even repairable!

Do yourself a favor, read the reviews on Belling, avoid them like the plague and buy elsewhere

I spoke with Andrew L today, from Customer Services concerning a repair on my Ranger Cooker. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable on the steps I could take to make this happen. He talked me through the alternative actions and booked a repair on my behalf.

Belling farmhouse 60df cooker still in warranty. Cooker cut off and wouldn't restart. Spoke to ANDREW L at belling who was brilliant! Once i had given him the ser no and sku number and described the fault I was booked in for a repair 3 days later.( I am also partially deaf which i told Andrew at the begining and Andrew L spoke slowely and clearly enough to me so that I was able to understand ) thank you Andrew l.great job Sir!!

Oven works ok but is difficult to use. It goes into Standby mode every 12 hours necessitating a reset of the time on the touch control panel. To get the main oven to work you have to reset it to manual every time. You have to touch the panel lightly for exactly 3 seconds to do so. Too heavy or light a touch and it won't respond. The knobs are incredibly difficult to turn and feel like they are going to snap. The heating is uneven. It takes a while to heat and is noisy about it. The top oven gets steam from the bottom oven in between the glass panels which is hard to clean. I don't like anything about it and am getting it replaced.

We took delivery of the Belling Cookcentre 110E in November 25. We like the design and it cooks nicely. However everytime we use the conventional oven, it produces a puddle of condensation on the kitchen floor. An engineer has been twice to fit new parts but the problem has not been resolved. The oven has a very noisy fan and expels hot steam when the door is opened which is dangerous. Our main complaint about Belling is their customer service, the staff do not listen, they will not acknowledge the fault & are rude. In fact I would go as far as saying their customer service is non existent. We are not getting any resolutions or replies. Time to go to the ADR route or a small claims court.

My call to Andrew L this morning was handled in a thoroughly professional manner. The job number confusion was soon sorted and a fresh date arranged for the engineer to attend. Patience and understanding were evident throughout.
