We reserved a unit at Tampa's Tropic Terrace and arrived around 3:30 PM. After unloading all our belongings, we headed out for dinner. When we returned, the digital keypad on the door was completely unresponsive. It took a frustrating three hours before someone finally arrived with the keys to let us in. The next day, they attempted to replace the batteries, but the keypad still didn’t work, so we had to rely on the keys. Unfortunately, that evening, the key also stopped working. Despite calling multiple times, no one came to assist us! We ended up entering through a bathroom window that had been left slightly ajar.
Belloise not only refused to offer any compensation or even an apology, but their communication was shockingly rude.

We had severe issues with our stay, but believe this company is committed to improving, and has made things right with us as a customer.

March 2023 was my daughter's and my 2nd stay at tropic terrace. Allison is always helpful with any questions, and the condos are always spotlessly clean and inviting. The grounds are clean and lush with flowers. The poolnis great and it's a very short walk to the gulf. We're coming back in 2024!

We got a unit in Tropic Terrace in Tampa. We unloaded all our stuff on arrival 530PM and went to dinner. Upon return the digital keypad was dead. It took 3 hours before someone came to let us in with a key. The next day they replaced the batteries but couldn't get it to work. So we used the key. But that evening the key didn't work. We made multiple calls but no-one ever showed up! We actually broke in thru the bathroom window, which had been left open a crack.
Belloise refused to compensate us, refused to apologize and was quite rude in their communications.

This condo was clean and in a great location! We hope to be back soon! Everyone was very responsive to any questions we had!

The home is nicely decorated and the Alexa features are fun. Very welcoming however, there are a few things that could be better. The countertops in the kitchen were very dusty. The bedroom and bathroom Floors needed to be mopped. There was a very strong smell of cat urine in the garage. The master bedroom smelt like cat also.

Location was great. Place was clean. Belloise was informative and responsive. Very pleased with my whole experience with them. Dont hesitate booking with them. Loved my trip to Clearwater beach and the property was a big part of it.

House was very clean and had everything you needed. Pool was heated and all furnishing were well maintained. Location to restaurants and beach were great. Booking agent was easy to communicate with.

Amazing place with a great location! Everything is just steps away( coffee shops, pharmacy, liquor store and etc). The condo itself is so clean and cozy. Th pool was great too. And they have all needs for the beach! Definitely we are coming back. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay in Tropic Terrace 15. It had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. The team was able to help us get a later checkout after some changes with our flight and we were very thankful for that.
We did try calling to see if we could get into the room early as well, and we had to call a few times times before getting through, but ultimately they were able to help and make our stay very enjoyable. Very accommodating.
We also got engaged during our stay, so this vacation will be one I always remember!!
I highly recommend staying at Tropic Terrace. This was our second time and most likely not the last.

It's a lovely place with spacious rooms, very nice, and clean. We especially enjoyed the great views, spectacular sunsets over the Gulf, sitting out on terrace, cooking in the kitchen, and super comfy king-sized bed. It should easily get a five star review but a few things need to be addressed that we'd like to see fixed before our next trip back. The vertical blinds in the great room are in horrible condition and need to be replaced with something better that provides privacy and easily opens up for the great views, such as lightweight panel curtains with grommets. A big hole in the dining area baseboard needs repaired. The kitchen sink handle needs a set-screw to stop it from falling off. All things considered, we plan to return as we loved this unit and enjoyed a wonderful beachside vacation.

Within walking distance to many bars, restraunts and most importantly the beach!

First let me say that this was the second time renting "Water Lovers Paradise" The home is on the Intercoastal waterway. We saw dolphins every day, enjoyed the heated pool, the home was clean, quiet and very close to restaurants. We cannot wait to rent this home again from Belloise Realty, they checked on us to be certain we were satisfied, very professional service and easy to book.

I've been using Belloise Realty for the last 6 years for short term rentals. They're rental properties are always very well maintained and well equipped. The company is easy to rent from, they're websit is user friendly, the staff is very knowledgeable, always professional and questions are always answered in a timely manner. This is why I continue to rent from them.

Belloise Realty found us another room on short notice when our flight was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Always a great stay!!! Right on the sand next to Frenchies and quiet at night. We love it there every year!!
