Went in to bells today for a cheap and cheerful fridge for my homebrew and wow they went above and beyond search the back storage a found me a cheap secondhand one thank you very much

I've always had a good experience with Bells before, having used the repair service and bought appliances from them. I called them out for a washing machine repair - a noise that I knew was wrong but could not further diagnose. I was clearly told that the call out charge was £49 but that it went towards the cost of the repair - familiar from previous call outs. The information missing was that if the machine is irreparable, they will still charge £49 to tell you that. I was upset with this but I received a helpful follow up email from the owner explaining the company’s position and I am satisfied with the resolution.

I called them this morning to have my hob fixed (cracked glass), but was adviced to get a new one and gave me a very fair price! They are way cheaper than me buying it elsewhere or even having it repaired to a different company. Surprised to get service the same day! Very professional, quick, and straight forward work. You can tell they are expert in their field. Even did some fixing to fit the new hob.

Darren came to repair my washing machine. He was very thorough and keen to help. He was polite and a credit to the Company. The price of the repair was very reasonable (£60). I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.

They came when expected, and let us know when they were 30mins away. They did a nice job of removing my old intgrated dishwasher and replacing it with a new stand alone (they had to additionally put a few new holes in the cabinets in a tricky location under a corner cabinet shelf, to get the pipes through, and cut the baseboard/plinth so it fit)... But even with that, they left it in a decent condition, and took away the old one and the packaging from the new one... All for a decent price! [And ... They didn't ask for a review, which was refreshing!] Thanks!

First review for the company that I've been using for over 25 years. They've repaired or replaced several white goods for me over this time. They know their stuff. Always solid, friendly, honest advice. Their pricing policy would compete with anyone. Living in Leeds I can honestly say you'd be hard pushed to find anyone in the city with their consistency of great service.

I’ve been to bells domestics a couple of times (the small shop) and have nothing but good things to say very friendly, always happy to solve the issue quickly, and for a small cost. Even let me use a spare hover while mine was getting fixed. Very very pleased with the service here would recommend over and over thank you Bella domestics!

Wanted a new hinge for tumble dryer door thought I would be unable to get the part but as ever Bells has a hinge and actually fitted on the door great service as always.

Contacted Bells on Monday after being referred. Everything from booking in process to final job has been great. Neil arrived promptly and did a perfect repair on our tumble dryer saving us 100’s or ££££

We ordered a built in oven from Bells on a Friday. They came to fit it the following Wednesday, leaving the kitchen clean and tidy and taking away the old unit. Due to a difference in sizes of the units some adjustments were needed to the kitchen furniture. This was completed efficiently. We are very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Bells.y

My washing machine was not working showing E01. I rang Bells as I'd used them before. It was £39 call out any work was to be deducted from the fee. I anticipated approximately and extra £70!
As my machine was not stable and vibrated it had knocked out some mechanism in the door catch.
Mario his name came he was so friendly polite and explained everything. It was fixed, he made the machine level then repaired the door latch. I only had to pay the call out fee 😀

Very rude on the phone kept talking over me wouldn’t listen and telling me to listen to them missed my appointment cause didn’t ring me 30 min before the engineer arrived the engineer said he could wait til I got back which I would have been 20 min as he was leaving the area iv got this on ring door bell

Bells Domestic repairs shop in Leeds are brilliant in my estimation. I’ve just had them repair a Neff cooker and a Shark hoover which I was struggling to get a part for.
John the owner went out of his way to get both jobs sorted at a great price.
Mark the oven engineer excelled and is a credit to the company. I know who I’ll be calling if needed in the future!
These people are the backbone of Great Britain.

I called into the shop to buy a replacement dryer and the owner enquired as to what had happened to my old one. I explained I’d been told it was uneconomical to repair but he suggested I bring it in for them to have a look. Sure enough, a couple of days later it was fixed at a small fraction of what a new one would have been. Great service from a trustworthy company. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely use them again.

I have an ongoing repair to my range oven, it will be resolved soon I hope, the service and help we have had has been fantastic from the staff in store and from Terry and his mate who came today.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us informed as to what was happening.
Please pass on our thanks to everyone who has helped us so far, it is much appreciated.

I recently had a problem with a domestic appliance. I have found this company to extremely knowledgeable and helpful when giving advice. Their delivery service for appliances is very quick and efficient and customer service is of a high standard. I would recommend them

Good phone service and nice guy. Sad to say I wasted £60 on an oven door repair that hasn't worked. I wish I had been told it was hopeless and saved a bit of money. Very disappointed to be honest as the online reviews were so good.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Called the store at 1pm in regards to a new washing machine as our old one had packed in that same day. Gentleman on phone was very pleasant and helpful. 2 lovely men from bells domestics turned up that evening and new washer was fitted, installed and our old washer was taken away all by 6pm. We are extremely grateful for the super efficient service and pleasant staff. Massive thanks, Mr and Mrs Chadwick.
