What can I say, well am usually very apprehensive about ordering of line, especially not knowing this company.
But all I can say is, trust me, the delivery was 3 days delivery.
It was so quick and I absolutely love my lights. I would put a picture on, but we haven't installed them yet as we only received them yesterday. Thank you.

Keeping me informed every step of the way from ordering to delivering, everything well packed and looks lovely for the price (only assembled and put in 29/1/26) space saving too.

Great Company to deal with

our order arrived with 2 panels damaged , they were replaced within the week fantastic service .

If I could give zero stars I would. Vanity unit and sink were falsely advertised, cabinet was mid blue online but when I received it it was virtually black. Extremely poor customer service department. They expect me to take a day off work unpaid to wait for this falsely advertised item to be collected.

The mattress is of very poor quality and you can feel the springs. I know it was in expensive. But l expected a little better. Would not recommend to anyone. Thank you

Terrible, attempted to contact customer support a number of times only to receive convoluted messages where they clearly could not understand a simply query. Thankfully did not place an order as I cannot b begin to think how bad after sales would be.

Very reasonable price for a good quality product.

This was my first time I had ordered a product from Belofay, but it won't be the last time. I loved the Parcel box, which was reasonably priced, easy to assemble, came well packaged and was delivered on time. What more could you ask for, happy customer :-)

Delivered wring item to me. Their policy stated no exchanges so i had to buy the correct unit again and get refund on the 1st one, then the nightmare began. Weeks of broken promises with them arranging day for me to be in to collect then blaming the courier for not collecting. After three weeks of this they sent me a code to return via Royal Mail and I had to drive 6 miles round to take these really heavy items. Since been refunded. Would never use again despite the items being ok value for money.

Excellent value for money, and prompt delivery…

Just completed a kitchen replacement and this splashback has put the icing and the cherry on it. Very pleased with quality and price and very fast delivery.

Received a badly damaged product (unusable). Customer service were un-responsive and kept asking the same questions with long wait time between communication. Still waiting for them resolve the issue a week after receiving the damaged product.

UPDATE - Change of review. Following contact with Customer Services and a full quality check of stock, Belofay ended up refunding my money and also sending out a replacement part. Excellent Customer Service.

The vanity I purchased came in damaged boxes and the delivery man just said oh well not my problem. When I went to put it together the front bottom piece did not line up on one side where the holes for the dowels and screw bit goes. Emailed the customer services and have received nothing back except a reminder to put a review on. So here it is.

Great price and product , kept updated with delivery and tracking, would certainly buy from this company again without hesitation.

I am extremely pleased with my Tiffany style lights.They arrived very quickly and were well wrapped to protect the glass.I would recommend this company.
