​During the website build, communication was consistent and prompt when implementing changes. Although I was happy with the final product, the initial SEO results didn't generate the specific leads I was looking for, and I would have expected a slightly more proactive response to making improvements. However, after we met to brainstorm solutions, BMR brought in a dedicated team member to support the site, and we soon saw a noticeable increase in web traffic.

​Special mention must go to my social media assistant, who is absolutely superb—proactive, responsive, and skilled at creating visuals that perfectly match my brand identity. They work with me collaboratively to produce the content that reflect my brand and goals.
