Ben was extremely helpful through your the process. He was patient, communicative and easy to deal with. I was going back and forth with him on this particular watch for months and he kept corresponding respectfully. The pictures of the watch were highlighting all of the signs of use and wear and tear and frankly they over exaggerated them. When I received the watch it was in way better condition than I expected. I would definitely do business again. The watch in question was a Rolex Starbucks

Ben was transparent about the aesthetic and functional condition of his timepieces, and when he found something not up to snuff he made sure to resolve the problem and them some. Ben spared no effort in imparting his knowledge about the timepieces I was interested in as well as other facets of watch collecting. I was assured throughout my entire buying experience (even long after payment had been made) that I would be getting an amazing timepiece, and after a speedy shipping my expectations were exceeded.

I strongly recommend Ben
Would hands down recommend Ben. He was really helpful and knowledgeable as you can tell by the epic variety of unique timepieces he carries in his portfolio. I had been looking for a particular reduced speedy and he had it available and at a reasonable price, full set!
Ben and team were really easy to communicate with both via email and WhatsApp.
I was able to meet Ben in person for the handover and we were able to have a chat and he was very professional and gave me some great tips. By the way he has good banter too.
Will definitely be going to Ben again when ready for the next timepiece.
