Fantastic service, thankyou

After I received two emails from Charlotte, I decided to reply to the secondand go through the process as a matter of interest in identifying the value of my business. Did not receive a reply sent anothet email again no reply...why are you wasting my time if your not willing to cimplete what you are offering. Not professional playing games....

Totally disappointed with the service from this company- Please beware. The original contact was made with a very professional and helpful individual, but from that point onwards following payment of our first invoice, an absolutely awful service. We were provided with a glossy brochure that was repetitive and uninformative. We continually asked for it to be amended but there was a substantial change over of staff, who promised to assist and then were not available.
We do not want anyone to be in the situation we are in having to pay such costs for such a bad service - PLEASE be very careful of the small print, and protect yourselves and your company
