Fast service at a fair price
Fast service at a fair price. My airbrush extractor is good as new. I did not realise the difference a fresh filter would make… and it was simple to fit.

Excellent service
Excellent service, providing advice and answering all my questions as I was deciding which version to buy within a budget but looking after my health.
Event then, I managed to order the wrong version but a quick e-mail later and that was all sorted and I received the non-vented version which is what I needed. Everything was received on time, possibly early, and tested and working.
Unfortunately life has got in the way again, so still haven't used it properly, but it's in its box waiting for me, but the Suction was excellent when I was giving a try when it arrived and I've no doubt this will help save my lungs from those nasty toxins as I focus on my hobbies! Very happy with the product and can't wait to start using it in earnest!

EU countries
I had issues with my shipment. UPS service quality was very poor. BrentchVent actually was not supportive. I spent many time during my vacation and was more efficient than company which should have experience on that and is UPS customer.

With lots of help and patience from Harry at BV I bought my second extractor from them and I couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service I received. Harry organised a very generous discount which is available to serving and retired forces personnel as well as NHS and teaching staff.
My first extractor is still working perfectly (10ish yrs old) but lately I’m needing something wider and eventually I plan to have both running together.

From my first enquiry, Harry at BenchVent was an absolute gem!! knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the perfect choice for my workshop the BV100. His advice was spot on, and his passion for what he does really shines through.
The delivery was lightning fast, and the packaging was Impeccable. Everything arrived in perfect condition, clearly handled with care and pride. It’s rare to get this level of customer service these days and I’m genuinely grateful.

We’re sorry to hear that part of your order arrived with some damage. Just to clarify, we use DPD for all our deliveries and do not ship with Evri, so this may have been a mix-up.
