I ordered the engine model kit to build. Product said it was a working engine. I received an already built piece of plastic. When I said I wanted to return it for false advertisment, they offered a 30% refund. I told them I wanted a full refund so they said I had to return it at my own cost. Paid for shipping and everything to return. Still no refund. BIGGEST SCAM, EVEN WORSE COMPANY

Ordered the gas powered v8 engine kit ans got a piece of hollow plastic molded that doesn't even look close to a v8.
Totally scammed out of 86 US Dollars and here are their solutions to keep me happy.
1. We give you 30% compensation, you can keep the product without sending it back to us.
2: Return the item to its current condition if you want a refund. But we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping could be $20 or more. However, we won't credit your account in full before the shipment is returned to our warehouse, and we will give you a full refund after receiving the product. Returning either requires time or poses a loss risk.

This company operates a scam, complete and total. DO NOT do business with them.

I ordered the gas engine kit for 80 bucks as a gift. My buddy received a tiny cast clay model, squished out of proportion, of a V-8 (I think) slathered with paint. It's about the size of a Christmas tree ornament, but not in any way of that quality. AND most importantly, not in any way resembling the product represented online on the company's website.

An after-action review of their written policies permits them to take your money and send you crap, make substitutions, cancel, or not fill the order at all. My bad for not reading the small print. They essentially license themselves to steal from you, and you agree with your first click on their site. Dastardly. Complete crooks.

This is complete garbage. I ordered this "model" kit to build with my son for christmas. We got a $.50 pile of plastic garbage. Total scam and ripoff

This company is a fraud. I would give it no stars if I could. I ordered a fully working engine model kit. I received a plastic toy. It came from a completely different company and now they won't give me a refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Sent me s piece of crap,ordered a working v8 to put together and received a molded piece of junk that's not worth 5 cents,spent 80 dollars for this that's bull they need to be stopped from selling anything on line ,false advertising contacted them and they said they would compensate me 30% that's bull,please people take good warning on these people don't buy anything from them they are scamming everyone they can with false information and advertising if i could give them a zero on the review I would

I got the same hunk of plastic trash instead of the model engine kit for $80.00 SCAMMMMMMM. It took 3 weeks to arrive.

This company are a bunch of criminals. Do not purchase any product from them. They do not accept returns and send fake garbage instead of the product advertised. I was silly enough to get ripped off don’t let this happen to you. They are a bunch of scumbags.

What went wrong . You people should be band from advertising anything for sale . You act like it's a highly professional Business then act surprised when costermers complain . You delivered clay model of bad quality in stead of a die cast working motor kit as clearly advertised . If you don't make this write I'm posting this everywhere for the next ten years . Absolutely disgusting

This is a scam. I got the same as others. they advertise a metal working V8 engine. I got a cheap, plastic piece of junk. when I told them, they immediately offered to give me a 30percent refund as settlement. I suppose they do this enough they are making real money.

Scam of a company, do not trust anything they sell. Purchased a model as a present, received cheap piece of plastic not even worth a tenth of what was spent.

Scam company. Ordered a metal gas engine model build kit that runs on gas….i got a piece of plastic that was probably very poorly 3d printed and looks like they gave it to a baby to let them paint it. It’s almost a joke they tried to pull this off. They’re only offering me 50% money back and to keep this junk OR i have to pay for expensive shipping to China for a full refund and they were insinuating my product might get lost if i refund and i won’t anything. A shady company that would pull this off, would definite just say they never got the package and then wouldn’t refund me. Do NOT buy anything from that scam site

Bought two of these total pieces of crap.
I had not set the bar too high as the asking price was very low.
Received two solid, molded 'paper weights'.
Poorly molded and poorly painted.
If they were at least genuine diecast replicas I would be happy enough.
Contacted them through their website but, shock horror, I have not received a reply.

ordered and paid for TWO real small V8 engines from Bendique, exactly as shown in their product images and description, including full installation parts.

What I received instead were TWO FAKE PLASTER (GYPSUM) ENGINE MODELS. These are NOT real engines and have absolutely no mechanical function.

This is clear false advertising and a serious form of customer deception. The product delivered is completely different from what was promised and sold.

I am demanding a FULL REFUND immediately. I am willing to return the fake items only after a refund is officially confirmed.

If Bendique fails to resolve this matter properly, I will proceed with a bank chargeback and report this business to consumer protection authorities and online fraud platforms.

it is a total scam! the item is not a working engine to build, it is a molded figure that looks like a crappy engine, no moving parts. The advertisement showed a lot of cool looking parts to build and showed the gas engine running in videos, what was sent was 1000% not what was described. They are fraudsters.

Absolute scam shop. Advertised a small model engine with moving parts that could power a remote control car. Lots of glossy photos, glowing reviews, and even videos of it operating.

What I received is a trashy piece of injection molded garbage with zero moving parts and no function whatsoever. It’s not even well produced for what it is. And it bears no resemblance to what I ordered.

When I demanded a refund, they offered me 30% back. If I wanted 100%, I would have to ship this trash all the way to China—at greater cost than I paid—and then they MIGHT give a refund. I had to go to my credit card company to address this.

Scam. Avoid. Run away.
