Delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than pushing a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
The vehicle itself was exactly as described well-presented, great condition, and competitively priced. I also really appreciated the transparency throughout, with no hidden surprises or pressure at any stage.
Customer service was excellent, both during the purchase and afterwards. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and value their customers.

I travelled quite a distance to visit Benmarks Motors after seeing a vehicle advertised online. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t in the condition I expected based on the listing. There were a few issues that should have been clearly mentioned beforehand. While the staff were polite, the whole experience felt a bit misleading and wasted a lot of my time.

Buying from Benmarks Motors was more stressful than I expected. The sales process felt rushed and I didn’t feel like I had enough time to properly inspect the vehicle. After a few days of driving, I noticed a mechanical issue that should have been checked before the sale. When I contacted them about it, the response was slow and not very helpful. I really expected better after-sales support.

Very honest and friendly people
Very honest and friendly people. Did not try the hard sell and where completely honest about the condition of the vehicle. They noticed a fault with the vehicle which I missed, they informed me and arranged and paid for the repair. Would have no trouble reccommending them to all.

Recently bought a BMW M240I from here, Mark was incredible from start to finish was very fair on the price and was not pushy at all ! Had no issues driving over 3 hours to deliver the car. Car was in mint condition arriving aswell , Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car!!
