Our offers are always communicated transparently before onboarding with our Connections or account activation, with all fees clearly outlined. Merchants are invited to review and accept the terms to ensure they meet their budget and expectations before proceeding.
We understand the challenges faced by start-ups with limited structure, and despite this, we accommodated multiple applications under newly established UK entities to explore alternatives. However, it became apparent that you were seeking a solution without any fees, which is not feasible in this industry. Additionally, there were repeated requests to activate services without providing the necessary documentation or fulfilling fee requirements.
