Verry Professional Handeling and shipping, one of the Best and Secure RC shops,

In the past they were great and I got all my orders within 3-4 weeks. My last 3 orders that I finally gave up on totaled over $400 but never showed up and I just kept getting strung along by customer service with no real answers. I’m currently waiting on 2 orders that were supposedly shipped more than a month ago and once again customer service keeps running my in circles. Order at your own risk cause there’s about a 20% chance you’ll receive anything. If I get my two orders or a refund I’d be more than happy to rewrite this with 5 stars

Sent Bitcoin through the porthole before pressing the order button problem with my order was never sent. Had to hassle with them for over a month to get my Bitcoin sent back to me .... Oh And This is a 17 DOLLAR test order smh

Fake RC site and scam... Don't order from them

Bestellprozess ist etwas umständlich, zumal man lange nicht sicher sein kann sein Geld per paypal friends versenkt zu haben. ABER: Die Zuordnung zu Order und Zahlung funktioniert und wer etwas längere Wartezeiten einkalkulieren kann wird innerhalb von 10 Tage, gut verpackte Ware erhalten. DAmit sticht BenzoKing insbesondere zu den anderen, doch eher unseriösen Anbietern, positiv hervor.
Ich gebe Kaufempfehlung.

The shop is good, plenty of payment options, even PayPal, products are top quality. Shipping was fast and secure, the letter looked very neutral. I can recommend benzoking.com to everyone looking for a safe vendor.

Ich habe meine Bestellung am 30. März aufgegeben und via PayPal bezahlt. Als ich nach fast einer Woche noch keine Versandbestätigung erhalten hatte - auf der Website hieß es nur, die Bestellung sei "in Bearbeitung" habe ich das Problem gemeldet. Kurz darauf wurde mir in einem rotzlöffeligem Ton geantwortet, ich sollte "unter keinen Umständen" bei PayPal ein Problem melden, und mein Account sei nun gesperrt. Bei diesem Shop hätte ich ohnehin nicht noch einmal bestellt. Dass ein Verkäufer sich so schwer tut mit der Bearbeitung einer Bestellung, und dann noch so infantil auf Beschwerden des Kunden reagiert, halte ich, nett gesagt, für unüblich.

Yes I have had problems but not because of anyone on benzoking side. In fact the customer service has been amazing and I have been speaking to 2 lovely people. They work well with me and help for me to get my order. I will most certainly be ordering again. People should remember that there is always a risk of lost or seized goods. As the purchaser I understand that it's my responsibility. Other purchasers should realise this as well.

4DD to Netherlands, quite fast for international mail imho. Got a few extra with my order for free. Thank you for that.
So far so good. Will test quality soon, but since these are generic pellets sold at other vendors too, I expect no issues at this point.

i never got my order yet.order number 1211 but they are very kindly sending me out another order.ive always trusted Qchem due to their high quality products and great customer service.

First two orders came through fine but the third order never arrived and they will not respond to any questions about it. Zero customer service on a failed order, and they offer zero tracking options like Smokeys chem shop or others. Would not recommend. I only gave them the second star because I got two orders before they ghosted me.

I can email you again but that would be pointless because you shipped the order, like you said so the loss is on me. Being that I never said your business doesn’t ship orders I can send screenshots showing you how you answered every email during all the purchases up until the point that I sent my first email asking if you had any information on the package because it had been a long time and I had not received it. I sent three or four emails with inquiries in similar language and I received no replies. This is why my review said there was zero customer service when a package is lost and that you do not offer tracking numbers, or at least in my three purchases you did not offer me tracking numbers. I would pay the extra cost of shipping for a tracking number, that way I will know when a package is lost and won’t have to come to you for any customer service, that goes unanswered after the fact. I also realize that you do not offer a reship policy if your packaging doesn’t make it through our postal service so I would also know that it’s my loss. Also if you offered tracking numbers you wouldn’t have to “guarantee” me that you ship all your orders with an exclamation point.
Re-shipped orders would be awesome but I read your terms of service and knew up front you weren’t the kind of business that honored their customers like that or can’t afford to cover it or whatever, but offering tracking numbers would add stars in my review. No replies though, that warrants a non-recommendation from me. Thanks for replying in here though.

(I guess I'm still waiting for subsequent order but expect it shortly)

Previous (planned) review:
Unfortunately I have not yet received this (or a subsequent) order...but here is what has happened.
- I did business a few times with these folks about 1-2 years ago and was VERY happy each time. Straight-forward/fast/free perks/hi-quality/moderate prices...a girls dream come true. Clicked their old link a few weeks ago and it redirected here - where its easy to recognize the same store.
- They asked me to "review my order" last week (just like today) - only then I emailed them and reported that I never got it. They got back to me right away and have been great about keeping in touch.
I still think these guys are okay - because I know YOU know what it's like to get ripped off...[If you tell me that doesn't happen to you more than 1/2 the time I say you've got an uncle in the business]
- I think if you're reading this online it says a lot about management's openness
- I promise I'll post another review - or an update to this one - when there's a conclusion...whatever happens in the end.
Remember I had a choice and I chose no signature for anonymity - which essentially means "untracked." Along with that is the understanding that if it doesn't show-up I can never really know if it was sent. But hey - we all know stuff happens in this game. What matters is how management treats you when it's nobodies fault.

Holy crap. I was skeptical for a week or so (I am in america) because it UNDERSTANDABLY took a long time to get to me. The lack of tracking made me nervous HOWEVER the product i ordered was delivered safely and it was packages exceptionally well. Thank you so much guys, will be utilizing your services again in the future, and will recommend you to anybody that needs it!
