I can’t recommend Laci and Amy at Barnards Estate Agents enough. They have been absolutely amazing throughout both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new property.
From start to finish, they have been so professional, supportive, and genuinely helpful—nothing has ever been too much trouble. Amy in particular has gone above and beyond to accommodate me with viewings on my new home, always being flexible and understanding, which has made the whole process so much less stressful.
Their communication has been excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I’ve felt completely confident in their hands throughout.

Lacie and Caiisha were fantastic. The service provided was friendly and professional. The ladies worked hard to market our property and arrange viewings. We were kept up to date all the way through. We were offered asking price for our property within 12 days of it going on the market. Brilliant service cannot fault it would certainly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

On Wednesday, 25 March 2026, I reported an issue with the toilet cistern not filling with water. The problem was resolved efficiently within two days, and I was impressed by the prompt and effective service. I truly appreciate the fast response and support. Thank you very much.

From the minute I met her, she was so professional and supportive. She talked me through the process and from day 1 she was selling my house. 3 weeks later, it's sold. From seeing the house to receiving the keys took less than 2 weeks. Jas made everything happen smoothly and always replies quickly to emails and phone calls.
