Couldn't ask for a better experience
I've given 5 stars down to the friendliness/politeness of our Engineer Jack. Came this morning to do our annual check. Fixed our lights for us straight away. Wore his carpet protectors, couldn't fault him on anything. Quality bloke!

Sam L a credit to the company
The engineer arrived within the scheduled timeframe.
Work was completed with the minimum of fuss.
He gave sufficient notice before switching the power off.
Tidied away all rubbish before leaving.
Your engineer Sam L was professional, friendly, polite and respectful from the moment he arrived. He is a real credit to the company.

Great work.
443129 - Jack came round to an electrical check and fit a steam proof bathroom light. He wore a mask and shoe covers. Did a great job, very quick, no mess, no fuss. Was friendly and polite. Great job. Thanks

Engineer Jack - 443818 arrived at my property, he had a mask and shoe covers at the ready, he introduced himself, and immediately started work on checking the electric he made very little noise, and any mess made, he popper out for supplies and came straight back quicker the what he said he would be great service Jack thank you.

Engineer Jack - 438770 arrived at my property, he had a mask and shoe covers at the ready, he introduced himself, and immediately started work on checking the wiring of my property, he made very little noise, and any mess made, he had cleaned up before he left. Excellent job Jack thank you.
