A beautiful teapot, a bit heavier than normal because of the double wall, very fast delivery. Very pleased.

Unfortunately salt shaker was chipped on the copper finish . Informed Bespoke on the same day of receipt of the item and Stephanie said she would send out a replacement on the same day. New product arrived the next day. First Class Service.

Bought a wine bottle at Waitrose and that's how I discovered this brand. Afterwards, bought a few items from their website for which I am very pleased: fast delivery, perfectly packed, excellent quality and overall, beautil additions to my kitchen. Excellent value for money.

Ordered a product that was otherwise only available on catering sites that required to buy in bulk - and prices were more reasonable. Very satisfied. Packaging was a bit over-zealous.

Very efficient ordering & prompt despatch

Oak charcuterie board ordered and arrived quickly. It wasn't in a state that could be used for its purpose though. There were slivers of wood all over it and it had a very open grain. When I asked about this, I was told to wash it, but that made no difference. Having emailed twice without response, I rang again and was told a director would ring me to discuss the board. This didn't happen. I was just sent a link to a random YouTube video to explain what I had to do to sort the board out! Don't expect any sort of acceptable finish on any board you order, because it'll be up to you to do it. What a joke!

The dishes are actually pretty good and match the description however 6 pieces broken on delivery.

**I found out the shipping problem was with FedEx International not clearing the items in customs despite the Seller having provided the correct information to them.

I love these pans, they are perfect and exactly what I was looking for! Thank you to Ashley at Bespoke for clearing up the problem with FedEx so I could receive these.
