I brought a ring, which was a gift from my mother, to Bespoke Diamonds to be remodelled. I had an idea of the design I wanted, but with Martin’s expertise and guidance, it was transformed into a truly beautiful bespoke ring. Having the option to see a wax model before the ring was made was fantastic, as it allowed me to make a few modifications and be completely confident in the final design. I am absolutely delighted with the result. I now have a beautiful ring that I can pass on to my granddaughter in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal service were exceptional. Tried most of the jewellers in the city centre but bespoke seemed to know most what they are talking about and prices were better than most too

We got both my engagement ring and our wedding bands in bespoke. I could not recommend them enough! Martin was so knowledgeable, professional and a delight to deal with. We will be getting all of our jewelry here in the future

Very positive experience1 at Bespoke Diamonds - staff were really helpful and experienced - no hard sell - just information. They had a ring I loved in stock - it was resized and ready for me to take the same day which was amazing. We'll be back for our wedding rings next year.

I visited today, to pick up my earrings. We were brought into a lovely private room.
Owen brought out my earrings and they're stunning.
Presented beautifully in a fabulous box . Owen was so friendly. On the way home to Galway with a stunning set of jewellery.

I like the ranges at bespoke because they have so many. It was very easy to choose the setting and the diamond and they made it in 2 weeks. My fiance is Irish so I wanted to get something made in Ireland. They resized it for free after she tried it on. Very happy, thank you!!!

Where do I start! I asked bespoke to make me another ring after I lost mine. All I had was a bad picture but they were able to do a drawing of it and make my ring exactly how it was before. I'll always be grateful to Martin and the team at Bespoke!

I had a consultation with Belinda and she was amazing. She knew every question and made choosing my engagement ring so much fun. Price was lower than other places I looked.

Please read BEFORE dealing with this company.
First the good points- they sell nice quality diamonds, if you pay for them.
Forget any good deals they are roughly the same price as any other jewelers. BUT if you want to buy a complete ring, they use very substandard settings which are not fit for purpose.
When I tried to talk to the salesman I dealt with he was no longer with the company
,I was told post the ring up and if it’s wrong we will replate it. Firstly I didn’t buy a ring that after a few months of minimal wear ,has to be replated Also you can’t post anything of that value because it’s not insured.they say their insurance covers it, which isn’t true.
i emailed the company to say I was far from happy and I got a short email basically they were not interested. .
After spending nearly €10,000 I would have at least expected a phone call !
In summary, average prices very poor products and NO customer service.
