Fantastic high quality product

I had my garden room installed last week ready for the summer. It's perfect.

I had an idea in mind, but couldn't find it anywhere. I came across this company on Instagram, so thought I would send the design over.

Fantastic service from start to finish. 5 Stars from me

Follow up to previous review.
Bin shed paint has bubbled everywhere and the door doesn’t shut properly.
Have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions with no reply at all. Horrific quality and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

I love my bin house

I love my bin house. Initially I was concerned about the large lead time. It’s arrived and WOW. Well worth the wait. It’s extremely sturdy, built in Wales. It knocks the socks off the imported ones I’ve seen online. All of my neighbours have been asking for the details

Damaged Beehive Parcel Box

My beehive parcel box came with one leg shorter than the other 3. I did get a phone call back from a lady to say they would replace it as it would have been dropped by the courier company and I was to wrap up the faulty one. She seemed very nice and genuine. However there was no more contact despite me leaving messages and emailing and no replacement parcel box ever arrived.
Disappointing. I would look somewhere else for your products sadly.

I purchased a bin store less than one…

I purchased a bin store less than one year ago and the paint on the top of the bin store is cracked and peeling, I’ve called a number of times, they promised to call back but so far no communication / I certainly would not recommend and intend to take this further as the bin store is certainly not the quality they described

Amazing, bespoke service …

I’m a garden designer based in London and use this company for all of our wooden, bespoke needs. I’ve ordered numerous bespoke bin shed’s, meter box covers and garden rooms. Every single one have been exceptional. The company recently advised me of some fake reviews. And asked me to write a honest review.

Here it is …. Fantastic, bespoke service!

Unfortunately, I’m the type of person that doesn’t really write reviews when I’m happy.

Although- after speaking to this company today. I will!

5 Star Product

I’ve just had my bin store installed.

What a lovely company! I needed an item slightly more bespoke than what I could find online. So I contacted this company who provided me with a quote. Once I confirmed my order, I joined the rather large waiting list.

Well worth every minute of the wait! I can see why the waiting list is so large. The item is so sturdy, the paint finish is wonderful and it’s lovely to know that I’ve supported a small family business.

I’m looking to purchase a garden room, and I won’t be looking anywhere else ….

5* from me!

Despicable individual

Despicable individual
I do not recommend you to deal with this despicable individual. My wife and I paid him over £5000 over a year ago. This was a 50% deposit for a shepherds hut. Due to covid we anticipated a delay. Faced with a total lack of communication followed by intermittent poor excuses Mr..... cancelled the order last month almost a year to the day that he took our deposit. He proposed a repayment plan which he has completely failed to honour. We are currently over £3000 out of pocket and he has left us with no option but to take court action. I would suggest you do not do business with this individual.

Just to update this matter was resolved on 7/4/22. Finally the deposit was refunded after over a year in two payments. Potential customers beware.

Appalling company

Appalling company. I ordered a Shepherds hut 28th March 2021 and paid half the cost as a deposit. 50 weeks on I still have no hut. Communication is vertually non existent and when pushed poor excuses are given. I'm now blocked from Facebook and Instagram and they have over £5,000 of my money. The stress has made me ill. My husband has taken over and when he gets them on the phone they realising its him cut him off. Do not do business with this bunch if you value your health and your hard earned money. If I could leave minus stars I would but have to reluctantly leave a star to register my review.

Finally after a huge battle I have my deposit back in full. That's 376 days after the hut was ordered and the large deposit paid. I really don't need to say anymore the owners pushed for me to remove my review and withheld payment for as long as posible hoping I would crumble and give in. I will leave people to make their own decision I can only tell of my experience

The two reviews directly under mine... Well I have flagged them as by the language used in relevence to the experience I had and others had with this company they do not sound genuine. Maybe if the company spent time actually delivering on their promises they wouldn't be in the embarrassing situation of having to get positive 'reviews'

Well here I am again two years later having to add to my totally honest review as the owner of the company has chosen to fabricate an untruthfull response after TWO YEARS. I have kept all the emails ťhat took place at that time which is a completely different account to the one fabricated below. Either the owner has suffered bang on the head and it's affected his powers of recall or he has too much time on his hands.... Either way I will say again I will never recommend Bespoke Garden Products and I have all the saved emails to back up to prove how customers are treated. Having to resort to telling porkies along with getting pals to leave 'reviews' is petty and no way to run a business.

You ordered a bespoke item during our lockdown period! During this time, the government allowed us to open, then close, then open, then close again. As you can appreciate, this was just as frustrating for us, as it was you. This obviously had a massive impact on our lead times.

We also had a major issue with the supply of materials. I made you fully aware of this!

I explained to you why we were running behind and all of the hurdles we were up against, and you were unwilling to wait.

You ordered a rather large bespoke item, and we agreed to refund you as soon as we could sell it elsewhere - and we did!

I'm sorry that the refund wasn't immediately. But I explained on numerous occasions, your order was extremely bespoke.

Disappointing

We purchased a triple wheelie bin store from this company in 2020 at a cost of £1600. It looked great upon delivery however the struts on two of the lids have now failed and they now no longer stay up unsupported. I contacted them about this however they ignored my emails and blocked me from Instagram. This was a disappointing response, especially considering the cost of the product. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company.

You contacted us to say your gas struts had broken. This was extremely strange to us, as we've never had this issue previously.

We sent you two new ones via Royal Mail, as requested, and you requested more.

I can assure you, you've not been blocked. We did send the gas struts as requested.
