I really recommend this company as the service was excellent from booking the holiday until my return home. The guides were extremely informative and my driver was brilliant. I had a fabulous time and all the hotels were great ranging from 5star modern buildings to those with lots of character. I was contacted on a regular basis to ensure that all went according to plan.
I am looking forward to my next holiday with Bespoke India Travel as Sanjay is so knowledgeable about the country .

We traveled as a group of four to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Kerala for two weeks in late November. We started planning the trip with Sanjay several months prior. He was helpful with providing us various itineraries to review and provided great advice on where to go for our first trip in India. He was also flexible with adding additional days and amending the itinerary as requested.

Before we traveled, we spoke with Sanjay several times. He was willing to answer our questions and review travel tips with us. He also sent us information about local customs, recommend markets and restaurants, and local contacts before our trip. He provided us with tips on the visa process as well.

Once in India, we were greeted by very professional guides and drivers at each destination. They helped us check in and provided us with all the details for our upcoming tours. The trip was super organized and well run. All of our tour guides were excellent. They were easy to connect with and gave us wonderful stories about the sites we visited.

Our drivers were excellent. The traffic in Delhi was crazy and our driver was unflappable. He was super friendly and accommodating with our requests.

The hotels were also all very nice. The highlight of the trip was the home stay in Kerala. Cinta and Jose were wonderful hosts, their farm is beautiful, and food was absolutely delicious. The spa at Coconut Lagoon was also great.

As Sanjay advised, the trip was the perfect mix of sightseeing in the north with relaxation in the south. If we travel to India again, I would not hesitate to travel with Bespoke India again.

Sanjay and the team worked really hard even before we got to India to make this real celebration for our 25th wedding anniversary. Nothing was too small to add in,including the famous photographer in Jaipur, requested, and sorted in 24 hours! Highlights for us were Rathambore tigers (2 within an hour of each other!), the Taj Mahal at Dawn and the renewing of our vows. All in a 24 hour period. It was so special and properly exciting. Our driver Naresh, was very good and he looked after us really well with nothing too small or too much trouble. It was clear to us that Sanjay and team not only are really interested in what you want, they have personal, on the ground knowledge, and firm relationships with their suppliers. We felt like royalty everywhere we went - we counted 9 anniversary cakes as well as gifts from our hotels (there werent 9!) But also saw 'real' India in all it's fabulousness! This company is bespoke, will make your special memories happen or leave you in prace to drink in the atmosphere. That's what you get from a small firm rather than a big one.

We have just returned from an 18 day trip to India and had an incredible time. We worked out an itinerary before speaking with Sanjay but amended this on his recommendations.
This was our first trip to India so wanted varied experiences. We were not disappointed. Everywhere we visited had its own WOW factor enhanced by excellent and knowledgeable guides . We visited Amritsar Delhi Varanasi Agra Jaipur Udaipur and Mumbai.
The drivers were brilliant too. So careful and considerate. The organisation throughout are trip was impeccable- internal flights airport pick ups and car transfers all went very smoothly.
Sanjay himself is personable and professional. He really wants to ensure you have a great holiday.
The attention to detail was incredible. Ritiki the Bespoke Agent in Delhi met us with a small gift as it was Diwali and told us she had organised WIfi in the car so that we could use this on the long drives and she also increased our baggage allowance so that there would be no issue during internal flights. All in all excellent service. We have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke India and will definitely use the company again should we plan a return visit to India. Thank you Sanjay

They really listened to what experiences we wanted in our first trip to India, and crafted a wonderful itinerary. We got to spend time in large cities, seeing historic sights, but then non-stop active fun in Kerala. Everyone we met(drivers, guides, hosts) were so
hospitable. We made memories that will last a lifetime!

My sister and I wanted to meet in India but dreamed of spending the majority of our time in the outdoors. Bespoke came through! Sanjay and Anil listened to everything we wanted to experience and made it happen! We had city and cultural experiences, cooking classes, saw block print making, had local chai, safely ate street food in the evening in Old Delhi, took the train, went to markets, had home stays and lovely other accommodations, trekked, saw an elephant in the wild, biked, kayaked and had great massage treatments!
The amount of organization they arranged with guides and drivers was outstanding and flawless. I honestly cannot imagine going to India without their superb guidance! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!

I was exploring a trip to Kerala, and chose Sanjay to devise a personalised 13 day plan. The first thing to note is that Sanjay listens - so you really can tailor your trip.
The result was even better than I had hoped. Sanjay was knowledgeable and helpful . I visited Cochin, explored a tea plantation, stayed in a lovely hotel by the sea. But most memorable was two nights on a ‘backwater’ cruise which was just brilliant.

We started the journey in Amritsar, then passed through Shimla, Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur, winding up for a few days rest in Goa. We were met with transport at every stop and taken to excellent hotels. Guides were informative and drivers very capable. We were travelling on a B&B basis and found that a large breakfast kept us going all day, with only the addition of a shared curry in the evening.
We would recommend this company.

Just back from two weeks in India organised by Sanjay. And it could not have been better organised. We visited Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore (and saw two tigers!) Bundi (very few tourists and definitely worth a visit), Udaipur and Jaipur, as well as stopping off at many places in between thanks to our fabulous driver, Rinko. Communication was excellent, we always knew exactly what was happening. All the guides were first class. The hotels Sanjay selected were fabulous, especially the Rajmahal Palace in Jaipur, which is worth spending a little more on. The whole tour was excellent value for money. We will definitely be going back to India, and using Bespoke India Travel.

This company provided the best service that I have ever had in 45 years of travelling. Before, during and even after the trip the whole team have been outstanding. As a solo traveller it is crucial to feel that you were with agents that you can trust and I recommend this company without reservation. As well as the amazing tour of the Golden Triangle and Ranthambhore, the team enhanced my whole experience with their local knowledge and insights ensuring that my every need was met. Anil arranged everything and went out of his way to meet me and ensure that everything was perfect - excellent agent. Sanjay also touched base and the driver, Subhram was superb.

Everything ran perfectly smoothly and I will have no hesitation in approaching Sanjay to organise our next trip.

We were looking for a very bespoke 45 day trip of north India. Besoke India seemed to fit the bill and we were impressed by the review ratings, so we contacted Sanjay. We also contacted other agencies who happilly put together an itinerary based on our detailed brief. Sanjay insisted on telephoning us for more information, even though our brief was detailed. He talked for 58 minutes - without listening to our requests. Later he set out his proposed itinerary but seemed reluctant to give us a steer on costs. Other agencies freely provided this information. Eventually he costed the itinerary, which was significantly higher than his competitors for the same level of hotels. When we queried this we recieved a series of petulant emails. He later apologised for this citing he had been very busy and a lack of communication with his Indian agency. At this point we lost confidence in Bespoke India travel and have now booked with another agent at a more competitive price. I'm sure that others have had great service from this company but did they cost check the price?

An absolute dream of a trip! Thank you Sanjay, we had the most incredible time. Service, hotels, guides & drivers were outstanding, We didn't have to think about any mundane travel stuff, all so well planned we just had the time to really soak everything up as there is SO much to take in! We will be back :)

We recently enjoyed a truly wonderful visit to Amritsar, Shimla, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kolkata and Darjeeling which was superbly put together by Sanjay and his team.
The local drivers and guides were excellent and were very warm and welcoming. We especially wanted to stay in Indian 'heritage style' hotels and the Judges Court (Pragpur), Ganges' View (Varanasi) and Windamere Hotel (Darjeeling) all delighted us.

My wife and I booked a two week cultural trip to Bhutan and had a fantastic trip. Sanjay took a lot of time to help us develop our bespoke itinterary, he was easy to talk to and flexible with our requests to do some bird watching on the side. The trip itself was amazing, we visited many cultural sites and were privileged to see some amazing Bhudist temples and art. All the travel arrangments, traveling through Nepal, were flawless and worked well. We booked mid priced accomodation in Bhutan, the hotels were excellent, with nice rooms and friendly staff. We also had a home stay in a guest house on a farm which was very welcoming. We asked to see some birds and saw some terrific birds, particularly on the Namling road where we saw iconic birds like Satyr Tragopan and Brown Necked Hornbill. The guides and drivers were great, they really worked hard to make sure we had the best time in Bhutan. Bhutan is an amazing place and it was a privilege to be able to visit.

Cannot recommend Sanjay and Bespoke India enough with outstanding care and service in all aspects

From our very first contact Sanjay took the time to fully understand our wishes and put together a truly amazing itinerary covering India from North to South
His extensive local knowledge was very apparent from detailed recommendations eg local boutique hotels where appropriate
Throughout our trip every connection was faultless and we were safely looked after at very stage with our driver / guide always ensuring we were checked in at hotel, station etc before leaving us

We visited Delhi, Amritsar, Agra, Deogarh, Jaipur, Udaipur. The places we visited were above all expectations - Taj Mahal, Golden Palace, Stepwell, Elephant Sanctuary, Armer Fort, Summer Palace all steeped in history and splendor.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with this small but perfectly formed company. From the initial contact with Sanjay we felt that he really listened to what we wanted from our trip to South India. All the hotels he found for us were full of character and the food in each of them was excellent. I think the highlight, though, was the quality of the local guides we had. They were so welcoming, knowledgeable and interesting and we were able to learn so much from them. Our driver, Mr Murali, looked after us so well and there was always plenty of water and snacks in the car.
