I was very pleased with all men on site .They all worked very hard and in not great weather .They were all very pleasant not like some people you get .
People have said how well the drive looks and I myself is over the moon with it.
It may not be some people’s choice but for myself it’s great and I don’t fall now . A lot of people have bricks laid but that soon comes up .

Had one of their salesmen call unexpectedly who was very convincing about laying resin in our yard which at the time was concrete and looking shabby,after the promises of long lasting, weed free finish we decided to go ahead. It looked fantastic for the first few months but is now breaking up and weeds are growing through
I complained and they sent an assessor who said it was my fault as the dog had left mud on the surface and I hadn’t kept it clean! I do power wash it fairly often
They then quoted over £1500 to re seal it, it is now slowly crumbling away, don’t use this company as their guarantee has too many loopholes which are not explained at purchase and the promise of a long lasting finish is untrue
It is supposed to be strong enough to park your car on in a driveway, we only walk on ours and it’s crumbling away

I stupidly answered the door to a VERY pushy salesman from this company - I thought it was a delivery that I was expecting! I told him that I wasn’t interested in a quote for a new driveway - mine is fine and I can’t afford a new one anyway. That didn’t stop him though; in fact, everything I said, he had an answer for! He wore me down and in an effort to get rid of him, I stupidly gave him my real mobile phone number (I should’ve just made one up, but he had bamboozled me!). He later phoned me several times (I didn’t answer), then tried me on two different phone numbers, which I also didn’t answer. He came back to my house, rang the doorbell several times, knocked on the door, went to my back garden and was shouting out “hello?”.
I felt under siege!
Once I finally managed to get rid of him, I looked up reviews for the company, and was horrified to see so many bad ones! I would definitely not use this company, based on their pushy sales technique, and the fact that the salesman stood talking to me with his trouser fly open!! If your product and price is so good, you shouldn’t need to ‘cold call’ people!

Dispite being reported to the local police service for cold calling they continue there year approach to business sales by ignoring all warnings and patroling the road by knocking the door ignoring all warnings like there the local police themselves.

Worked around our availability, very helpful and wonderful work

I had resin drives installed by this company last year. Last week the drain to the front of the property blocked. I had a drain company attend they retrieved several pieces of concrete from the drain which had consequently blocked it.
I sent the company a email informing them to which they did not answer. Rang them they informed me that as it was over a year ago it could not be proved it was them
I have not had any further works done at the property - it could have only been them.
You don't expect after spending aver £12.000.00 to have to lay out more money for a blocked drain through no fault of your own.

The do not contact you unless it's to remind you immediately after works completed that the TOTAL PAYMENT IS NOW DUE .
Very bad customer service ro say the least.

Appalling after care
We used this company to install solar panels for us. The installation was quick and efficient.
However, 5 weeks later the scaffolding is still in place, with 18 different failed dates so far promised for removal.
Phone calls are never returned and they are now not answering the phone to us.
Also, we have not received any of the promised paperwork to prove a legal installation (again after multiple promises of it being posted and/or emailed)
What a shame to be left with such a bad experience that should have been resolved so easily 😓

Just had two door to door sales people claiming to be from this company. We are in a no cold calling zone. They called me a fat b**** when we asked them to move on.

I was really pleased with the work done by this company. However four years on I have tried to contact them several times as not only has a broken line appeared but the driveway is breaking loose in parts. My husband and I paid over £14000 for this large drive which I think is pictured on their website. I had further work carried out by them which cost over £4000 out the back. Of the three times I have contacted them I only was contacted by one person who promised someone would get back to me from the office. If course they are blaming COVID which seems this is the excuse from everyone. Really unhappy with their after service.

The teams that carried out both parts of the work were industrious and carried out the various operations in a professional, competent manner. They made little mess and cleared everything away once the job was completed. I saw that a supervisor came several times to check the progress of the job. Job well done. Looks great.

recently had resin drive installed.the work is excellent the guys who laid the drive were very hard working and very courteous and helpful.nothing was too much trouble for them.we have had numerous comments on the drive saying how good it looks.i also would like to recommend this company for everything they have done . including the 10 year guarantee.superb thanks a lot to every body concerned.

The three man team arrived on the time I was giving. They went over the work to be carried to our drive, with
myself. Over the next two days the site was cleared, and the block edging put down. Third day the Resin was laid down, and site cleaned up. Very pleased with Result.

Bespoke renovations recently put down a resin driveway for us. We are delighted with the work which has transformed the appearance of our property. I cannot praise the lads who carried out the job highly enough - they were punctual, efficient and extremely hard working. The company has every right to be proud of them!

Patio completed after a small hiccup due to bad weather conditions . After care was excellent and prompt

Booked an appointment for someone to come and give a price and survey the job and nobody turns up

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. Would 100% recommend Bespoke to anyone who is thinking of getting there driveway renovated.

Appalling after care
The drive was installed 2 months ago and it looks lovely, but the trim which provides the edge was missed on one corner so that there is no barrier between the drive and a soil border. Their surveyor returned quickly and took photographs and told me that they would be in touch to arrange the remedial work. Two months later and many phone calls on my part, often to only reach voicemail, I have been told that border trim cannot be fitted retrospectively and that I can have £5 in compensation as that would be the cost of the trim.

We used Bespoke for our new driveway and paths. The end product was fantastic and really modernised our property!
Would definitely recommend Bespoke Renovations to anyone.
