Unbelievable experience. We booked our honeymoon and COVID continuously kept being a problem. Andy kept us relaxed and updated throughout, changing our trip 4 times seemlessly before finally getting to have the trip of a lifetime. Could not recommend Andy and the team more.

Guys I totally recommend these! Andy was absolutely amazing! I booked a surprise trip for my husbands 40th to San Francisco. He organised everything and gave me the best flights, hotel and experiences. I pestered him daily with so many questions and nothing was ever a problem. He sent itinerary for each day. Even emailed when I landed and asked how it all went. We had the best time thanks to these. Will definitely use again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service - always at the end of the phone or email when advice is needed quickly. Full of ideas when we only give them a vague idea of our travel plans. They were particularly helpful when booking our recent trip regarding all the extra forms to be completed.

Booked a holiday through Lauren before covid hit our shores. She was immensely helpful and very quick to meet our needs and find us a good price. Then the pandemic hit, halting all air travel for an unknown period of time. Resulting in everyone scrambling to see what that would mean for booked travel for the foreseeable, with many jumping to try and get a refund as quickly as possible. This undoubtedly increased the teams workload, but also the number of difficult conversations, some of which I'm sure didn't go smoothly. Making work immensely stressful I'm sure

For us, whilst frustrating, especially with not knowing if we were entitled to a refund or had to take vouchers, as many of the airlines were insisting that's all they were prepared to offer. Lauren was very good at keeping us abreast of things and quick to reply to messages. Once news broke that we were in fact entitled to a refund, Lauren didn't hesitate in telling us this and put the wheels in motion to get our money back. She was honest enough to say, she didn't have an estimated time scale, but would continue to push for us and keep us up to date throughout, which she did do. Whilst it took longer than I'd have liked, we did end up receiving a full refund as a result of Lauren and Adams hard work, persistence and regular and honest communication.

I'd highly recommend Bespoke and whilst I only booked through them once. The way they handled our refund during a very difficult time was impressive, but also gave me confidence they value their business and customers, by being honest and communicative throughout. Unlike another company whom I had used for many years, who lied and continued to lie to avoid giving a refund. Whom we will not being using ever again. (got that refund in the end, but not without legal assistance sadly)

Tough for everyone in an unprecedented time, full of unknowns. But Lauren and Bespoke remained honest and communicative throughout. And we'll be using them for all travel needs going forward.

Travelling with disabilities is difficult but Bespoke made it easy and I felt confident with all my arrangements. Absolutely will use again.

We needed help with a last minute skiing trip in half term, but needed to stick to a budget. Not an easy task during a busy peak season. Bespoke Travel were very patient and managed to come up trumps and also made the booking very simple!

From the outset of our holiday requirements Bespoke Travel and particularly Adam was always on hand to help with any queries we had. They organised transfers from our homes to the airport, flights, outward transfers and all our hotel requirements. There was never an issue and Adam always went above and beyond. Once even taking a calls from myself when he was on holiday and answering my query in a prompt manner. .
